Preparing favorite beach meals is easy in the spacious kitchen, with its crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The balcony, with its own casual dining area, offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lushly landscaped pool area and is accessible from the master bedroom suite and the living area. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms and the living area have TVs and DVD players to make you feel right at home.

Upon entering the unit, guest will notice the elegant foyer that leads to the open-concept floor plan of the kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows into the dinning room that hosts six guest at the dining room table with an additional four bar stools. The dining area flows into the living room that has three cozy chairs and a sofa that also folds out into a queen bed. The living room faces a large flat screen TV, perfect for football games or a family movie night. The living room has large sliding doors that lead onto the wraparound balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. 

Adjacent to the living room is the Master bedroom that sleeps a king bed with a flat screen tv and leads out onto the balcony. Adjacent to the master is the luxurious en-suite bathroom that hosts a walk in closet, granite countertop, double vanity sink, large bathtub, walk-in shower, and a private toilet.

Down the hall, there is a queen bedroom with a flat screen and an ensuite bathroom that is also connected to the main hallway. The bathroom has a shower-tub combination, sink and toilet.
