We rented Unit #103 at Chrystal View in Miramar Beach, Florida (near Destin) for two and a half weeks during February, 2024. We have stayed in several other rentals in the area and this one was by far the best. The condo's layout was perfect - living, dining and kitchen areas in the center, master bedroom and bathroom at one end and two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms at the other end. A large balcony faces east with vews of the Gulf and morning sunrises. The kitchen is fully stocked and the condo is decorated beautifully. The condo is also very quiet. We brought our dog with us and it went well. The unit is a five minute walk from the beach. The management company does an excellent job and was very prompt with responses to our questions. We recommend it highly and we plan to return in 2025!

This was the perfect spot for our family for spring break!! Close walk to the beach, the pool, and businesses. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here.

Amazing Beach House
Perfect location just steps away from the beach and near by the outlets for shopping. Very roomy inside and fit our large group of 7 comfortably. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Will stay there again!

We have been coming to MIrimar Beach for about 16 years. This is our first time staying at Crystal View. We LOVED everything about it. The condo was the perfect size, the huge patio was amazing! Our dogs loved going out there with us as well! Being so close to the beach was awesome! We were just a few steps away! The pool was never crowded and it was so clean! There is a special place where our dogs could go walk and do their business. 😂 We also loved being so close to Pompano Joe’s! It was just the best experience all around! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Crystal View! Perfect access to the beach right across the street and the condo was perfect for our group of 8. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Destin!

This property was just as advertised. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Just steps away from the private beach access. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Always enjoy coming to this property, well managed and maintained and you cannot beat the access to the beaches.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We had 4 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs and had plenty of space! The wrap around balcony was a great place to have morning coffee (or lunch/dinner). The kitchen is fully stocked including your choice of Keurig or coffee pot. If you happen to have a rainy day, don't worry! There are books, movies, puzzles, and games. The pictures don't do it justice. It really is a large beautiful condo. Out of all the places we've stayed in Miramar/Destin over the years, I found this condo/complex to be our favorite. We can't wait until we can head back down!

Great location and beautiful beaches

This property was great for our family of 10! The location was awesome- right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to Pompano Joe's! The private beach area kept it from feeling crowded and the chairs/umbrella helped make our trips to the beach worry free. The condo itself was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The location of this property is ideal if you are a beach lover. You walk across the road and you are in the beach in less than 5 minutes. There is a private access gate to the beach, which takes you to a pool that faces the gulf. We did not use the pool because we prefer the beach, but some families did. The unit is pet friendly, which was a big plus for us, since we brought our Golden Retriever "Grover". The fact that the unit is on the ground floor was ideal, making it very easy to take our dog out without having to worry about the elevator. And Grover enjoyed watching people walk by through the back glass door. The unit was clean and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, which was great because we decided to buy groceries and cook in the unit to avoid indoors restaurants due to the Covid situation. Speaking of restaurants, there are a couple nice ones at walking distance, and many more at a short car drive. The unit is not very big, but comfortable enough. Six people can stay comfortably, if you don't mind sleeping two per bed, but more people than than would be tight. Checking in was easy, following the instructions that were emailed to us by the company that manages the property (BeachCondosinDestin) and we had the phone numbers of specific people that we could call if there was an issue (we didn't). Overall, a great relaxing experience in these stressful times. I'd recommend the property and the company. And the beaches in Miramar Beach and in Destin are just awesome!

The condo was convenient to everything we were looking for on our vacation. We were steps away from the beach and only a short drive to our favorite restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. We also noticed that even though it was a condo with units above and to the sides, it was very quiet. We were not bothered by noise from other condos. It was a very refreshing stay!

Great Rental. Due to covid -19 we didn’t know if all would go as planned. But Renee and her team messaged us with all updates and were very easy to work with. We had a great stay! Short walk to beach and we were the only ones at the pool. Great place to stay for a family of 9.

The unit is wonderfully decorated and super convenient to everything! If you enjoy strolls by the beach and a super modern condo, then this unit should be on your list. Our family of 7 loved this condo and will definitely be returning for future visits to the area. I highly recommend Beach Condos In Destin. Renee was super fast replying to any questions or concerns. The condo layout is the best condo we have stayed in for our family. 4 adults, 3 kids. Beds were comfortable. Great service. They went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. The place needs some pots and pans. Let’s get real: amazing layout, great porch. But: just so you know, it’s overlooking a parking lot that has a view of the ocean. You walk across the street to the beach. Both of these issues were fine for us. Cars have to stop at cross walk which made crosswind safe and easy. If this condo was on the beach with an amazing ocean view it would cost double what we paid. But just so you know.

This was our second time staying in this condo, we loved it as much this time as we did 4 years ago! It’s big enough for a family with grown kids or lots of young kids! Great close walk to the beach was a huge plus for our toddlers!

Condo is well equipped for your needs! Nice and roomy. Nice, private beach. 

This is a very large condo with a wonderful wrap around outside space. The view of the ocean is not the best but the beach is a tiny walk away. Beautiful white sand and aquamarine waters! Small but sufficient pool. Parking is limited but there was always a space.

This was our second summer in Destin. This property was great, comfortable, nice and clean. Only one request would be beach items such as floats, noodles, ect. Some of the other guest had these items and said they were provided. I bought on and left it at the property. Al in all a great stay.

We've been vacationing in Destin for 4 years now, and this was by far our favorite place to stay!! The condo is very spacious, the pictures don't do it justice! We had 3 families and plenty of room with each family having their own bathroom. It is beautifully decorated, neat, and clean. The location is extremely convenient to the beach, making the short walk across the street an easy one. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The only problem we encountered was the parking. Although we had parking passes, there were not enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests. I highly recommend Crystal View 103!! We will definitely return!!
