-Bath towel sets, linens, 4 beach towels and black washcloths are provided for make-up removal. Guest will be charged for any damaged towels or items.
-Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.

The owner absolutely thought about everything we need away from home on vacation. The condo is beautifully furnished, we loved to cook every day at the nice kitchen that had everything you would have at home and more! Location is perfect and our kids had a great time! The host is awesome. We appreciated Elizabeth for her hospitality, professionalism as well as her close communication with us. We will definitely come back!

The location was fantastic with plenty to do within walking distance. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Very relaxing and peaceful vacation. We will be back. Also highly recommend Destin Sailing Adventures.

We loved everything about this unit - you can tell they have worked hard to beautifully upgrade the condo. We liked how the condo had a beautiful view but was also close to elevator that is near the parking garage for easy unloading and loading and in and out. They thought of everything — from beach towels to coffee pods. Great communication and service from Tiller Trail.

Great place for our vacation with 3 young kids, easy walk to the beach, beach service included was a nice touch. Check in was very easy, communication with host was very good, balcony views were amazing. Everything was exactly as advertised or better. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring our family back here again and would recommend to friends & family
