Experience pure delight at Sea Biscuit! This charming beach house sleeps 13 across four bedrooms, including several bunks, and is the perfect oasis for family groups looking to get away from it all! Located in the hidden gem neighborhood known as Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach, and just a two-minute bike ride to the beach, Sea Biscuit promises to deliver vacation memories of a lifetime!



Arriving at Sea Biscuit is like tasting that first sip of ice-cold tea on a hot summer day. This lovely house welcomes you with rockers on the wrap-around porch and the first glimpse of the sparkling oasis to come. The living room is a cozy place to gather, with seating for five in front of the TV. Nearby additional seating can be found, the dining area, seating six, and the bar are both great places to enjoy a meal and still be part of the group. Thanks to the open floor plan, even those hard at work in this beautiful kitchen won’t miss a thing. Adorned with neutral colors, a glass stove, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous stone countertops, this kitchen has all the essentials for any home cook to feel right at home. Nearby the kitchen, guests will also find a bathroom and laundry facilities. For those who find stairs challenging, Sea Biscuit offers a queen bedroom on the first floor adjacent to a shared bathroom. This room includes a closet, TV, and access to the garage. 



The second floor offers three more bedrooms. First, two sets of twin/twin bunks and one trundle bed can be found on the way to another bedroom. This bunk room includes its own bathroom with tub/shower combo and double sinks, plus a TV to keep everyone entertained. Next will be a king bedroom that is perfect for a family unit with children. This bedroom includes a king bed and a twin/full bunk bed plus a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and dual sinks. Also included in this room is access to a balcony with stairs leading to the pool. Finally, the primary king bedroom is a private retreat with a private bathroom that has an oversized tub/shower combo. A TV and closet are included as well as access to a balcony and stairs leading to the pool. 



Out back there is a beckoning oasis in the pool area. The entire family is sure to enjoy a private pool surrounded by loungers, seating, and al fresco dining areas that include plenty of shade if needed.
