This place took our breath away when we walked in. The decor and everything inside was immaculate. The view off the balcony was amazing. The weather and water during our visit was the best we have had in years. The beach was amazing and the pool on the beach was great. We look forward to staying here again.

My family and I stayed here and loved the condo. The views were amazing! Everything we needed was provided. Access to pools and beach were simple. Condo was just as described. Area was clean and safe. Definitely will stay again and recommend!

My husband and I walked into Pearly Whites and were stunned by the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico with crystal clear water and the whitest sand. Pearly Whites is brand new and has been completely renovated with such high quality. The kitchen has everything anyone could need, The bedrooms fitted with quality bedding and mattresses. The furniture through out, just beautiful. The bathrooms are splendid. But what really stands out is how clean the entire condo is. Just spotless. Leeward Key is a destination in Miramar Beach with two pools (a heated pool on the beach), an exercise room and a beach that is one of a kind in this area of Florida. A double wide sidewalk is in front of the building with plenty of room for bikes, walkers, jogging and dogs. Destin is close with fishing, watersports and more. We were so happy that we booked right away for next year. We plan on returning to Pearly Whites every year.

"From the moment we walked in the door and saw the GULF view, we felt relaxed and pampered. Having a table on the deck gave us a front row seat to the sunset and waking up to the view of the Gulf was a gift. Pearly Whites was like stayng at a Spa. It was warm, inviting, exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The living area, dining and kitchen gave us everything we needed for our stay. We were impressed with the high end appliances and how well stocked the kitchen was. Having an outdoor grill came in handy as well. I can't say enough about the bedrooms and en suites. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with luxurious linens, pillows and towels. The shower was outstanding and so well done. It was a pleasure to experience such a CLEAN unit with such QUALITY furniture and amenities. This location is steps away from the Gulf with two pools, one of which is heated and located beach front. Having restrooms at the Beach pool was a nice benefit as well. If you want to go shopping, this location is close to everything and there are several restaurants within walking distance with one right next store and across the road. Having the walking path in front of the building and parallel to the beach was a BIG bonus for us as we walked and biked every day. We HIGHLY recommend Pearly Whites and would book our stay here again. It is the best SNOWBIRD Fall or Winter getaway or destination to spend the Holiday's. Pearly Whites accomodates 6 people quite comfortably. We will certainly look into staying here again. FIVE STARS to Pearly Whites...well DONE. Absolutely LOVED our staycation." Thank you.

We absolutely loved staying at your condo! It is absolutely the most beautiful condo we’ve ever stayed in during our 14 years of vacationing in Destin. So tastefully decorated and such an awesome view, in addition to having a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We appreciated the little extras like laundry detergent and cleaning supplies that were provided as well. The decorating was outstanding, absolutely loved the beadboard wall as you enter the condo and the unique trim work over the doors! Your designer has a great eye for design. We loved the ceiling fan so much we went out today and bought the exact same one for our family room here in Ohio. Would you be able to send us any information about where the gray barrel back chairs in the living room were purchased or the manufacturer, we would love to purchase one or two of those as well, they were so comfy and stylish. We will definitely look into staying there again next year.

We are so happy that we found Pearly Whites! This condo is perfect.. new modernly renovated, great views, pet friendly, well furnished, comfortable, and clean. The beach is right across the street and Kenny Ds is next door. We had a wonderful week and definitely plan on coming back to Pearly Whites!

Pearly Whites exceeded our expectations! The location was in walking distance to great restaurants. Added bonus was the restrooms located by the beach side pool. The condo was fully stocked with updated kitchen accessories . This unit is well maintained and rates above the rest. Beds and furniture were in great condition and comfortable. Modern theme. Of all our recent condo stays this is one of the best owners to rent from. Jay was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. I would definitely recommend this and will rent from Jay again.

I am done looking for a nice place to stay that is pet friendly. I am done looking for a beautiful view wonderful location a fabulous clean gorgeous condo. I am done searching for owners that truly care about their property and their renters. I am done waiting trying to find good communication with the property owners or managers. The SEARCH IS OVER I have found the most perfect most beautiful most wonderful pet friendly condo anyone could ever ask for. The condo had everything you needed I mean everything. The owners are so nice always there to answer any questions good communication I just can’t say enough about this place other than I want to go back soon! I want all of those families that have fur babies to know this is a great place and hope that everyone will treat this home like their own when they’re there so that all of us that love our pets will have a wonderful clean place to rent. We have stayed in Leeward Key many times before but never in a unit like this one! They allow small pets too which is a must for us as we have a 10 year-old shih tzu that goes everywhere with us. Pearly Whites is a show place. Everything is brand spanking new and whoever did the renovations and interior design knew what in the heck they were doing. The LED lights under the bar and kitchen cabinets were amazing...I've never seen that in a condo. My husband and I were ready to move into this place. It was only the two of us and boy did it wow us. We felt like we were in a New York designer penthouse but at our own private beach. The Leeward Key location in Miramar Beach can't be beat and that's why we always stay here. We read a lot and love the privacy and easy access to the pool right on the beach. Their beach is private too. We also like Capt. Dave's and it's literally across the street and we like not having to get in the car. I can't say enough about this unit. I'm not sure I could rent this place out...it's that nice. Great job. Oh, and thank you Josh for calling us to let us know we could arrive early....we've never had that type of service from other property managers!

I slept like a baby at pearly whites and that was in the second bedroom! It really felt like the owner spared no expense in this beautiful place. It's every bit as pretty and comfortable as the pictures make it appear. One thing the photos can’t show is the hot water ( very good water pressure) coming out of the big shower heads after a day in the sun - relief. Also, the beach is right there! We love the fact that the beach umbrellas and chairs were available right across the street with a beach attendant and that this building has a pool right on the beach. I've never stayed in a place that has a pool beach-side... it's pretty cool. We were happy to be able to go to dinner the night we arrived right next door at Kenny D's. It's a casual spot with good food and good prices and we didn't have to drive somewhere after a few hours on the road. Will stay again. Thank you!

I felt like a queen staying in this newly renovated condo on the 5th floor. It was just me and my daughter getting away together and this unit exceeded our expectations. The views are just stunning. They have 2 pools and one sits directly on their private beach. We took advantage of the free chairs and umbrella set-up that came with the unit. We each had our own king bedroom with bathroom and they were first class. I used to do the interior design for as a custom home builder in Atlanta and this place was over the top. The location can't be beat either....we were able to walk next door to Kenny D's for lunch and then over to Captain Dave's for dinner. It was all right there. I don't watch much tv, but they were extremely large and each of us had one in our bedrooms. We would have our coffee in the master bedroom at the pub table and then a cocktail on the balcony for happy hour. We will be back. Thank you Jay & Betty for helping us reserve Pearly Whites. We will definitely be back.
