I’ve stayed in several condos at Leeward Key and have always had wonderful vacations. The location is ideal with several restaurants within walking distance. I love that Leeward Key has a pool on the beachside. We most recently rented Sandy Assets. The condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Josh at Gulf911 is a pleasure to work with.

Great location! Need I say more. Beautiful balcony ocean views, incredible conveniences with this property. It doesn’t heat much better than this. Josh and staff were great and super easy to work with. Everything from start to finish was simple and highly organized. Will book again for sure. Book it! Highly recommend!

This unit hit all the marks. My husband and I love the Leeward Key location which allows us to park the car and not get back in it. We can walk next door to Kenny D's or across the street to Capt. Dave's (get there early). We love the larger size of this corner unit and with it being on the 2nd floor, we are so close to the pool and the beach. We like sitting on the balcony and watching all the folks biking and walking along the Scenic Gulf Drive pedestrian pathway (it's like 4 miles long). We had everything we needed and Josh even called us when the unit was ready and he was prompt in answering my pre-vacation questions. I highly recommend this unit.

We just returned from Destin. We stayed at Leeward Key #206. The condo is perfect- the view is amazing, it’s very clean and beach access is very easy. Josh was great to work with. He answered all of my questions within minutes. I give this condo a 5++. We will definitely stay here again

Villa Vanilla is a 2nd floor Gulf view corner condo unit in the highly sought after Leeward Key condominium. You can literally be at the beach in 20 seconds! Leeward Key is a highly desired, 12 story condo building with stunning Gulf views and a private beach! It is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool right on the beach! The (seasonally-heated) pool has restrooms, outdoor showers and wifi. There's an additional pool on the north side of the condo building, which has outdoor gas BBQ grills. Leeward Key also has an onsite Fitness Facility and snack/DVD vending machines, and 2 elevators servicing its 12 floors.
