We enjoyed our time at Miramar Beach! Weather was a bit iffy but we made up for that with shopping and local dining! Definitely recommend this property!

Place is amazing. Location is great. Everything is there. Stores, shops, food, beach, ocean all within reach. One thing that was bothersome is the frogs being amazingly loud at the pond in the middle of the two buildings. Other than that, this place is a great. Recommend 10 stars.

We’ve been coming to Destin for years but this was our first time at Mainsail and we plan on coming back!! We loved everything about our stay especially the incredible view from the balcony and easy access to the beach!

Beautiful spacious condo with all the amenities for a family of 5 adults, very clean, very comfortable and the community is well maintained . Amazing views of the ocean/beach.... morning and night sky was simply breathtaking from Condo balcony. Walk right onto the beach where chairs and umbrellas await, also able to rent paddle boards on site! Especially Loved the area of Miramar beach, was not as crowded and less traffic than Destin. One of the best beach trips ever!!!

The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had lots of room. It’s centrally located, so getting around was simple. Three bathrooms were ideal for us. The beds are very comfortable. All the boys commented they slept great all week. Actually reaching the beach only took approximately two minutes, including waiting for the elevator. It only took that long because we were on the 6th floor. We loved the view from the balcony. The only suggestion I have is more toilet paper and garbage bags. We only had one roll per bathroom, which doesn’t really work for 8 people for almost 6 days 😂. We bought more toilet paper, of course 😂. I brought more garbage bags from home, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Other people may not think to pack any though.

We had a great time at the Mainsail! This countdown had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time while in Destin. We took full advantage of the chairs and umbrella at the beach that were included—such a nice feature! The owner was very prompt with responses and questions. Although there were issues with the dishwasher, which the owner told us about, it didn’t inhibit our stay. We’d happily stay at this spot again!

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
At departure, ALL linens are refreshed. Our Cleaning Team is following CDC Guidelines and using approved Cleaning Solutions. The condo provides full sized washer/dryer, Smart TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room. There is plenty of room for all and this unit is beautifully decorated. We provide wireless high-speed internet at no extra charge! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for creating that fabulous meal. It has Granite Countertops. There is a wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach with incredible views and wonderful area to relax. This condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the wrap-around balcony. An elevator ride down from the third floor puts you feet away from the beach, as well as the swimming pool, hot tub and splash pad. There is a second swimming pool located in this resort. Our unit puts you steps away from the beach. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills are available for use in the pool area. There is a secure, well equipped workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment and sauna. There is also a game arcade, tennis courts PICKLEBALL COURTS and shuffleboard courts ready for your use.
