Property was great. We all loved the location of the condo and the ease of getting down to the beach. We can't wait to go back.

My family of 6 adults had a fantastic time! The condo was well equipped, perfectly located, and spacious. We cooked some of our meals and found everything we needed. The beach chair service was very convenient - make sure and check in to know what chairs are available. Some of them were reserved for owners and groups but not marked. We could have walked across the street to the Silver Sands Outlet! It was that close. But we stopped while on our way out. The white sands and gentle surf were absolutely gorgeous and photo-ready making Destin our favorite beach destination. The elevator closest to our unit was not working but the one at the end of our building was operating. The balcony door off the master bedroom did not open. But it was easy enough to access the balcony off the living room. We liked the condo layout with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom which gave each couple their privacy. The beds were comfortable. Our family had a very memorable vacation in this wonderful condo.

This lovely condo provided my family with all the amenities we needed plus more!! We enjoyed the newly renovated condo and felt right at home. The location is perfect and central to any place you may want to visit. Jeff and Patti answered all questions quickly and were available if needed. A big win for us

We all loved our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed. The grandkids loved the beach and pool. The beach was so nice no street to cross. I like the pool was just a few steps from condo. There was lots of restaurants in area to choose from. Also a large shopping center really close by. The deck was so nice to sit on and see view! Hope to return again!😀

We had a great stay. The condo was nicely set up and we had plenty of room for 2 combined families. The property is peaceful but close enough to do tourist things. The owners were prompt answering questions.

​Can't get much closer to the Beach at Mainsail! Premier Host!
This condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the front and back balconies. An elevator ride down from the third floor puts you a few steps from the beach as well as the pool, hot tub, and children's pool and play pad area. There is a second heated swimming pool located in this resort. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills (gas and charcoal) are available for use in the pool area. There is workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment and sauna. There is also a game arcade, tennis courts, PICKLEBALL COURTS and shuffleboard courts ready for your use. Game equipment is available for check out in the Mainsail office on Ground floor of building 1.
Our unit is a spacious 1462 sq. ft.

FREE BEACH SERVICE (2 beach chairs and an umbrella) included in your rental March through October.
Covered parking is available for your vehicle.
Mainsail is conveniently located across the street from the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie Grocery Store, a fresh seafood market, TCBY Yogurt, a liquor store, and many fabulous restaurants.

Gated resort with 24-hours a day, seven-days-a-week courtesy patrol, which have been trained to work closely with Walton County's Sheriff's Office. Property common areas under video surveillance. Ring doorbell on unit.
This unit #232, is a no pets, non-smoking, non-vaping unit. Must be age 25 to rent.
We also own Unit 185 at Mainsail.
If you need accommodations for a large groups, we have access to several condo's in the Mainsail complex.......just ask!!!!
Please note this is a nonsmoking unit. That includes cigarettes, pipes, vapes, cigars and any form of marijuana or illegal drugs. Failure to comply will result in a $250.00 extra cleaning fee.
