We loved Minh’s place. It was very clean and spacious. The beach is directly across the street. The pools were a nice addition when the kids needed a break. A good handful of walkable restaurants. Minh was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay as well.

Great place to stay would book again. Very clean and in a great location.

MK was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. Definitely the best host I’ve had thus far. The condo was beautiful, clean and had a breathtaking view.

Minh’s place was exactly as described and pictured! The condo is located on a corner on level 2 which is easily accessible from the stairs or elevators. The beach is literally a street away from the condominium which was super convenient. We loved that the condo felt spacious, that each room had a bathroom, and that the kitchen was fully equipped with all types of cooking ware. Minh was friendly & responsive when needed & we thoroughly enjoyed being guests for Labor Day weekend. Would recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Minh's! She was super communicative and very friendly. We happened to be there when a hurricane was coming into Florida and she was keeping Us updated on what to do. Ended up only having some rain. Loved that the condo was directly across from the beach entrance. The water and beach were beautiful. I would say the living room furniture and bedding could stand to be refreshed before too long, but everything was pretty clean and comfortable. I know it's hard to keep things pristine with a high-traffic beach area/rental.
Loved having a washer/dryer to wash clothes during the trip as well as beach chairs and some toys available to use. The laundry room was big enough to put our pack n' play up which was nice. The kitchen was stocked enough with standard items that we didn't really lack for anything. The kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub as well. Thank you for hosting us, Minh!

This place was amazing for our family of 7. Exactly as described. Everything you need. We walked across the street to the beach every day multiple times and could come back to condo for meals. The views are spectacular and 4th of July was INCREDIBLE. Two hours of fireworks all across the coastline and many private ones being set off at our beach. Memories made for sure. MK was so awesome and responsive as well for every question we had!

Very clean and my wife is very peticular about cleanliness. There are restaurants that are walkable and the condo is big enough to feel comfortable. Minh is not only responsive but also very proactive in communication that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Minh’s place was amazing! It was very clean had all the amenities you would need, incredible view of the ocean , easy walk to the beach.just across the street. The showers were all very nice as well as the furniture, the beds were comfortable, clean linens , TVs were all nice, the AC worked very well. Minh is very responsive and communicates very well. I would definitely recommend her place.

We loved MK’s place! It is beautiful , clean, and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. It was super clean. MK is super communicative and helpful with quick response. It is on the 2nd floor which is convenient and most of the time we took the steps outside without waitin on elevator.
We recommened this place and will be back!

We had a great week with our sons. The location was wonderful and very clean!! Always enjoy the beach!!!

Amazing view. Short distance to waters edge. Great pools and hot tub. Close to restaurants and activities! The second floor was nice because we used the stairs and not spend a lot of time waiting for elevators. We loved this condo because our kids age 11 to 19 could come and go as they pleased and be safe. Building needs more luggage racks. Also, be aware that this beach has many stairs to access and no ramp, I saw a lot of people struggle with elderly, strollers and wagons. Beach is very nice but busy and not private. Also if you want to rent chairs/ umbrella right on the water( not 2nd or third row) call well before you travel or it could be all booked up.

Stayed for a family vacation and the condo was great. Easy walk to the beach and parking deck. Convenient location close to Sandestin and about 15-20 minutes from Destin Harbor. Hosts are great to communicate with, but we didn’t have any issues. Thanks for a great stay!

Minh’s condo is breathtaking. The view is phenomenal and the condo is gorgeous. She is so sweet and so responsive. She gave us numerous ideas for activities and restaurants. She kept in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. I would book with her again 100%. Loved our experience!!

The MOST beautiful air bnb I’ve visited. I knew my experience would be delightful early on in the booking process when MK called me and gave me her cell phone number. I KNEW that if ANYthing went wrong, she would attend to it immediately. The condo is as beautiful if not more beautiful in reality than in pictures. It smelled so fresh too. I am a fanatic about cleanliness and her condo impressed me. She is extremely thoughtful and values communication. I have no complaints.
