Excellent place to stay the Condo was very clean and accommodated my family very well. Check in process was smooth and simple. Good communication with the owners . The view was nice. Grocery store was only a few minutes away. Very nice family oriented beach across the street. Condo amenities were great. The pools were awesome. Will be back again

We were happy the minute we walked in the front door, due to easy instructions on arrival with maps from Mike. Owner of the condo, Mike checked in with us to make sure everything was fine on arrival and he assured us if we needed anything he would be available. Pool time was great time at the beach was great everything in the condo was clean and above average. Would definitely recommend this and will definitely be coming back.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. We stayed for a week and it was such a magical vacation. We saw dolphins jumping almost daily from the condo. I walked for 7 miles on the beach one day and stopped by some restaurants along the way. I had a question that I texted Mike one day and he called me from his vacation to answer my question. I’m already looking into staying again.

Everything was great. Only wish they provided beach chairs, towels, wagon, small cooler and a few beach toys. For those traveling it would be nice to not have to pack those items.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this condo. The owner communication was very effective and left no question/concern unanswered. We will most certainly stay here again. The proximity to the beach, local dining and shopping is fantastic. You can't beat the view from the balcony.

Condo was exactly as advertised and the owner was in contact about 2 small issues and got them taken care of immediately. The stay was great and he was very helpful and accommodating.

This was a great location! We’ve never been to Destin before and the view was unbelievable. The host communicated very well from the time of booking through checkout. The condo is right across the street from the ocean and really couldn’t be beat. Our family of four were very comfortable and happy!

The private parking space was absolutely imperative with a senior adult and small children. Our family has stayed at this property multiple times and this particular room and experience stands out as our favorite and we will book again next year!

This condo was everything our family needed! 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 3-9 fit perfect! It was furnished with everything we needed! The view was beautiful! Highly, highly recommend this condo! Mike communicated great and instructions were very clear and detailed.

The property is in very good condition and owners are great to work with. Area has all basic needs within walking range (10 -15 min) and beautiful beach just across the street. We drove the scenic road all the way down to Panama City looking at areas, there are better properties but at a much higher price range and we were very happy with our location, basic needs other areas just don’t offer. Looking forward to rent again in the future.

Overall a good experience. Air conditioner was out which was not fun but the owner of the property was very attentive and got it fixed as quick as possible. Very thankful to his kindness and response to us in a very timely manner. Thanks Mike!!

The owner was very easy to work with and he checked with us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, several restaurants & a coffee shop we could walk to (with a baby in a stroller!) & it wasn't a far drive to the grocery store either. The walk to the beach is really quick & we had no issues crossing the road. I was worried about traffic with kids but the pedestrian walkways made it really easy. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed (including a wine bottle opener!). The best part about this condo is the view! It's beautiful & makes you feel like you are on the beach not across the street. Mike was also super easy to work with & communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here, and we would stay here again!

We hadn't been on a "family" vacation with our two adult children in years. I have to say this room was just what we needed. Great location to the beach (across the street), great accommodations, with all the amenities. We couldn't have been happier with it or with Mike and his help. There was nothing left to be desired in this unit. It had every amenity you would have at home, including a dedicated parking spot. Walk out to the beach, pool, fitness room and close to restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. Would definitely stay again.

My family of four enjoyed our stay at this condo. First off, the booking process was very well organized, and the manager/owner was very responsive. I got answers to all my questions before I asked them. The living room balcony has a panoramic beach view which makes you feel like being on the beach already. The condo was well furnished, neat and clean. The bedroom closets plus several racks of wall hooks made it easy to store all of our beach and other items. Additional bonus points: the wi-fi connection was very reliable, we didn't experience any extra wait (elevator, parking, etc.) on check-in/check-out days, and the Scenic Gulf Drive area is very walkable.

Mike was very nice and responded very promptly to all of our questions. My husband and I along with our adult daughter had a very nice week in the area. Majestic Sun is in a good location and the condo was neat, clean and memory foam mattress in master suite was fantastic. The pools, hot tubs, and gym were also great. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was exactly as described and the view was absolutely beautiful! Mike, the owner of the condo, made our check-in very easy by promptly sending information and ensuring everything was up to standards.

It was really cool to see dolphins play in the morning and to see how the water looked different everyday; from crystal clear to emerald green to a beautiful turquoise blue. The sand is some of the softest sand I've been on. We took a night walk on the beach and got to see little white crabs run across the sand.

Lots of things to do just a short drive away. Harborwalk in Destin was fun and some of our favorite restaurants were Surf Hut, McGuire's and Crab Trap in Miramar Beach.

We would definitely go back and discover more of the adventures the area has to offer. The weather was perfect this time of year with no rain and low 80's. Wonderful trip!

The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished, lacking nothing. The balcony gave us a first class view of the beach and gulf. The owner, Mike, was accommodating and helpful. When we head off to the Destin area in the future, we will be sure to make this unit our first choice for another wonderful visit.

My husband and I spent two weeks this Fall in Destin and had a wonderful time. The Condo was as pictured, everything was comfortable, clean, and we felt right at home. The views from the balcony are breath taking, every morning we walked out to catch the beautiful sunrise, and every evening we were out again for the sun set. We saw dolphin's everyday, schools of fish, ray's, and people paddle boarding all without having to leave the balcony. The pool, hot tub, and fitness area were used by both of us, I loved that in the indoor heated pool also opened to the outside and I would swim out to enjoy the sunshine and still be able to keep warm in the water. The condo is near stores, and restaurants and right on a walking/bike path that goes along the whole strip of beach. I also enjoyed being near the outlets and the new Destin Mall, every store you can imagine is within a few miles. We had the beauty of being right on the beach and the convenience of being near to anything you may need. The owner Mike was great to work with and I would love to go back and stay at his unit again.

We had a great week in Destin. The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable accommodations at the Majestic Sun. The owner, Michael, was very easy to talk/text and work with and was helpful with suggestions for dining and entertainment. The underground owner's parking space was very convenient. The gulf view and beach was beautiful (Emerald Coast). The location is convenient to the bike/walk paths, many restaurants and shopping locations. Check out the large mall near Sandestin, FL. We enjoyed riding rented bikes every day and walking the beach. In regards to eating, may we suggest The Back Porch (some outdoor seating), Fudpuckers (for the Kids), Miller's Ale House, (Slab of Ribs, Lobster and Prime Rib Specials during the week), Lulu's (for the Kids and Adults sports bar) and McGuires. Make sure to see the Destin Harbor area/Fort Walton Beach area, Santa Rosa Beach and Seaside.

We try to head south once a year and have recently journeyed to Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Gulf Shores and Destin. I would say this 2 BR condo would rate at the top of the list of places we have stayed. The condo itself was high-quality: well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette included everything we needed for cooking, and the view of the ocean from the kitchen and TV area was breathtaking. The plush sectional couch was also a wonderful bonus after a long day at the beach. Access to the beach itself was a snap. We hope to go back and would highly recommend to others.

Our family would like to Thank Michael and his family for sharing thier luxurios condo with us. The furnishings and newly updated kitchen were beautiful. The view from the 11th floor was just incredible. We loved waking early and watching the schools of fish. We even saw dolphins on day. At night the families that were on the beach crab and sea turtle hunting were also a lot of fun. The beach and crystal clear waters are by far, the prettiest in our country. We would recommend staying here to our friends and family. The only down fall was the traffic from Birmingham all the way to Florida was horrible. I would avoid that route until the new highway is complete!

The owner is very easy to work with, very friendly, helpful and professional. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect space for 4 people. View was amazing and the actual location of Majestic Sun was perfect. Elevators always came quick and the owners parking space was very convenient!

My wife and I and our 3 kids really enjoyed this home away from home. The location is perfect and the condo was excellent. New and very nice furnishings. Kitchen was very well stocked and modern. Loved the HE washer and dryer as we used it every day. Bunks and queen in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our needs. Beach is just a short walk away, and if you need anything for the beach their is a store right in the 1st floor of the complex. The private parking space in the garage was an added bonus. No worries about finding a parking place. Look forward to staying again!

This was a very nice, clean, newly renovated condo with incredibly comfortable beds and a great view! It was on the 11th floor but had very easy access to the beach and an underground parking spot. The owner, Mike, was very easy to work with and readily available when I had questions. The location was convenient with a grocery store, outlet mall and great restaurants very close. I will definitely check this condo's availability on my next trip to Destin!

This was our first time ever going to Destin and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the condo was beautiful. And it was so conveniently close to the beach. We would recommend staying here and can't wait to come back next summer and visit.

I just moved away from Destin and have worked in property management so I've been in many Destin condos. This condo was extremely clean, upscale furnishings including a very comfortable roomy couch and flat screens in every room. The view cannot get any better and the condo had everything you would need. We entertained friends every night and didn't have to buy one kitchen item. Owner is great to work with and we will definitely come back.
