The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and stocked with games and books. Kitchen was stocked with everything need to cook meals. Lots is space for a family of 5 and 2 pets to spread out. The community is wonderful. Walking distance to restaurants and private beach right across the street!

Great view. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed for our two week stay was there. Proximity to beach was perfect. Location cannot be beat. The only suggestion to make it better is to replace the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We would definitely recommend this unit and would rent it again.

Perfect size condo for a family of four with pet. The property and grounds are well kept. Short walk to the beach. Overall good value. The second floor of the condo gets a bit warm during the day, but cools down during the night if you use the fans to circulate the air.

We had a great time here - condo was clean and close to the beach and pool. The third bedroom seemed to be a converted attic and got very hot at night (the fan didn’t work so I found one in the master closet), so one of our daughters had to sleep on the couch. Fortunately, it is a pull out so we made it work. View of water and sunsets was really nice and location was convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants so that was great.

It’s my second time renting from them and over all it’s a good experience. The beach was a short walk away which was really important to us. Only thing is one of the rooms was a bit small and had minor details that could’ve been better but no complains , looking forward to renting from them again.

Enjoyed the condo. The inside is spacious and surprisingly very quite. Did not even realize a jack hammer was being used at the fitness center/pool until we opened the front door. The beds are cozy and perfect for after a long day at the beach. The balcony has a view of the ocean and invites you to just sit back and relax as you listen to the waves crash into the beach.
Take advantage of the walking trail and the boardwalk. Perfect for running and walking the dog.
We love our normal fall trips to the mountains but after this week, we will be adding the beach to our rotation. Thank you for a great relaxing condo to stay in.

Everything was perfect! The location was great. Just across from the beach and the 2 free chairs were wonderful. We enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts right across from the condo. The condo was clean, laid out well, and plenty of room.

We had a wonderful week in Miramar and we absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was a short walk to the beach with great ocean views from the balcony. Very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 7. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Several restaurants, beach shops, ice cream and grocery stores within a short drive which was really nice. Our kids loved going to the pools in the evening as well. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here and can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maravilla. We enjoyed connivence to the beach. Not having to rent beach chairs or wag ours down to the beach was also great. The condo was well supplied. Our boys loved the pool and played plenty of basketball on the court. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We have stayed at the Maravilla complex 5 out of the last 6 years and in a different condo each time. I think this condo was one of the best for our family of 5. The upstairs / loft were great for our kids and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for my wife and I. Convenient location for the pool and grills at the back of the complex and a view of the ocean off the balcony. We had a concern about being the entry door being directly outside of the elevator because of the noise, but was not an issue during our stay. We will book this condo again on our next visit to the emerald coast! Thank you Carmen and team.
