Great Location!! We were right on the beach and by the pool so the convenience was part of why this was such a great place to stay. We brought our small dog and loved how pet friendly this community was. Check in was very easy and all the details were sent to us via email prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, make coffee and smoothies and grill out was in clued. We did have to run out for extra paper towels and trash bags though. The only issue we had was with the toilet in the master bathroom. The tank wouldn’t fill up all the way sometimes or it was really slow and ran longer than normal after flushing. That was just very minor and overall we were very impressed with this condo. I would absolutely stay here again when we go back to Miramar Beach.

We stayed at Maravilla and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is ocean facing with a nice view from the 4th floor. The owners provide nice furnishings and the unit was clean. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and a pup). The complex is lively! In addition to the gulf at your doorstep, they have 2 pools, a whirlpool, tennis courts, a basketball goal, and small gym. The gulf side pool has a bbq area. No problem finding parking as the complex is spread out. There were carts available when needed and grounds maintenance was ever present. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay at a condo with a great view, beach service, and near to all things Destin.

Loved the location! Have rented at maravilla before but never an ocean front condo. This condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. We will return to this condo!

We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. It is very nice and convenient. It is also near to restaurants and the outlet mall. The condo was clean except under furniture. Food under dining table. Minor issue. Overall we enjoyed. One thing I wish they would do is to put the electric lines underground so they didn't spoil the view. Miramar Beach is our favorite place to visit.

We loved the property. While having stayed in Destin properties for 18 years, we were a bit hesitant to try Miramar Beach-and this property. However, hands down from the entire family-WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY! Enjoyed so much, we are already talking about next year here!

Enjoyed our stay. The nicely furnished condo was very clean. Location was centralized for Destin with most of our destinations within 10-15minutes of the condo. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere. Would absolutely book this condo again.

The condo was very nice, loved the decor, it was clean & the view was amazing, once the balcony door was shut there was no outside noise. It was so peaceful, & quiet, my daughter & myself enjoyed our stay so very much. Our little Shih-Tzu Kramer enjoyed setting out on the balcony - we will be back for sure. Thank you foe a relaxing stay.

We had our usual Labor Day vacation at Maravilla Condo's as we have for several years now. This time we had the opportunity to stay in Maravilla unit 2406 which was Great. This was the first time we had stayed in this unit and was very pleased with what we saw upon arrival. The unit was tastefully decorated and well kept. All kitchen appliances were updated, kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils one would need for short or long term stay. Unit had nice flat screen TV's in Living Room and Bedrooms. Bathrooms were nicely updated as well. I can't say we found anything we didn't like or was not pleasing. In fact we were impressed enough to extend our reservations for next Labor Day vacation. Renee Clayton who manages this condo has always been very helpful and is very professional. My hat's off too owners and management staff for nice job and keeping a nice place to stay while on vacation in Destin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

The property was clean and comfortable. There was great access to the beach with a great view. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and was nice and roomy.

The overall property was great! Very family friendly and very well maintained. I was a little worried about the road between the beach and the complex but those worries were quickly gone after seeing how light traffic was and the crosswalks. We stayed with 8 other baseball families and visited most of the other units, this unit was by far the nicest and most modern.

Maravilla 2406--Gulf Front and Pet Friendly--Updated Condo
Maravilla unit rental 2406 is a pet friendly upscale gulf front property with a terrific view. Situated on the right hand side of building two it has a unobstructed 4th floor view. Maravilla is situated about midway along Scenic Gulf drive between Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap. While you do have to cross the street from the condo to the beach, the distance is about 30 yards which is less than most beach side properties, cross walks, low speed limit, high visibility make crossing from the condo to the beach easier than first time guest would think.
