My family and I had a great stay at 1410! We love the complex, this unit and its proximity to the beach! Has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are great, as well. We all slept so good. We had a fabulous time at this property. I didn’t realize we had access to a private beach and the chairs and umbrellas were already set up each day. Nice surprise!

We enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The accommodations met our expectations. The bunk bed were not real comfortable for adult males (but they are at the beach, so all was good.) We would book this unit again.

I have stayed in Maravilla several times over the years, in different condos. This one was great, as always. The condo had everything we needed. I have always had a pleasant stay in this community.

The rental property is not directly on the beach but it’s not a far walk. It was very nice everything well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great!

The property owners were very accommodating. My family booked last minute due to being placed under mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Ida. They went above and beyond and made an exception to their "no early check-in" policy due to our circumstances. When we had to extend our stay they made the process super easy. Communication with the owners was always easy- they responded to all emails within the hour. For these reasons alone, I would book again with these owners. To make things even better, the condo was pet friendly (a necessity for us during evacuation) and very spacious. They provided many amenities in the room that made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The complex is very convenient to restaurants and shops and the beach is only steps away across the street. The condo was very clean and well equipped. This was our 2nd family trip to Maravilla and we will definitely be back again next year. Renee was very helpful with emails on instructions for check in and check out.

Condo was right across the street from the beach. Easy access. Able to walk to a few restaurants. King beds in each bedroom. Twin bunks in the small bedroom. 2 full bath, full size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly. Had a minor problem when we got in Saturday night, emailed the owner and someone was there Sunday morning to fix the problem. If you have pets and need a clean place to stay, look no further.

Loved the condo! It was a great location for my month long stay, it quickly felt like home and had everything that I needed . I had my dog with me as well and he enjoyed sitting out on the balcony soaking in the sunshine. I would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean property. Good value for money. Very clean and well equipped. Halfway between Destin and the West end of 30A allowed us to explore a bit of both. Good beach access, right across the street. Can see the ocean from the balcony, but not when seated. Nice, new appliances. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance from the condo. If you want a condo in an area that isn’t too busy with easy access to a nice, clean beach, this is a good spot.

Very clean. All tile floors, updated cabinets with granite and cultured marble. Outside patio was great especially for the dogs. They do have a strict pet policy but well worth bringing your furr babies. We had an amazing stay. Will look at booking again when we come back. The only thing they did not have was keurig. Everything else you would need was in the kitchen. 1 king bed w/ private bath. 1 king bed with access from bedroom but also hallway and a bunk in the 3rd bedroom. Easily slept everyone.

We come to the Destin area every year, this is by far the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. I appreciated all the household items and cleaning supplies to help keep the sand up and house clean. It was nice to have a full size washer/dryer and things like an iron ... that makes a difference. Beautiful, would stay here again.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Very clean and up to date besides the beach being right across the street. There was easy access and the grounds are beautiful and we liked it was gated. The property managers were wonderful to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay and so did our fur baby Ruby! It is very pet friendly here. I highly recommend staying here you won’t be sorry. It was a beautiful week and we are already planning our next stay there.

My wife and I brought our mini Goldendoodle to the beach for the first time. The location of this unit was great and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. I especially loved the key pad on the door so I didn’t have to keep track of a key while at the beach. There were a couple of small issues we notified them about, and everything was either immediately resolved or will be as soon as possible. Overall we will definitely look to this unit again when we want to come back down to the beach with our dog. One thing to note, the nearest dog beach is an hour and 15 min away in Pensacola.

The condo was very clean and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. The whole family enjoyed the stay including our dog. Short walk to the beach and the beach attendant was extremely helpful. Having two chairs and an umbrella included really was a great accommodation. Also a short walk to two pools and the dog walk area. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay. -Scott

Room was very clean, had everything you would ever need Stackable washer/dryer large balcony accessible by master bedroom and living area, We brought along paper plates, cooking oil, seasonings etc. and stopped by Walmart couple miles away and picked up frozen foods to cook for a few meals I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 adults because full size bunk bed was very uncomfortable, pull out sofa about the same My oldest son (about 280lbs) decided to rent hotel room Would still be good for children I would definitely recommend this to all

Property was very clean and comfortable. I very much appreciate being able to bring my dogs with me. The beach umbrella and chair service is great so you do not have to carry too much to the beach. I would stay here again. Nice property!

We were celebrating my 69th Birthday with family. We had a great time and our Condo was so nice. It had everything we needed. It felt like home. We brought our Pet Pippy Daushsand and it was so nice to go walking with her. The beach and pools were so close and we enjoyed several nice restaurants. It was a nice family vacation. We even saw Dolphins, crabs, and a few jellyfish. Destin is our favorite place to visit. Thank you for a great place.

We always enjoy staying at Maravilla. 1410 is a beautiful, spacious condo that had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our family have been going to Destin for as long as I can remember, and we have always stayed in a Maravilla condo and have never been disappointed. This weekend was no exception. It was a beautiful condo with the perfect location. The amenities made going to the beach an easy process so we could get right to relaxing in the sun. We will surely be back. The condo 1410 was so spacious and clean. This was a special outing as we were celebrating my 60th birthday on May 19th and a get away from the school books for my daughter Sarah that is about to finish her last semester of college before receiving her RN. Great options for fun in the sun and dining was everywhere nearby. I would suggest checking out the Donut Hole on 98 for awesome Key-lime pie. We all had a great time. There were in our party a total of four adults and two small dogs. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you! The Hazelrig Family

The condo was good (wish it had an ocean view), 2 of the 3 bedrooms were spacious (third room is really for little kids only), kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/utensils, the location was perfect (steps from the beach, pool, tennis courts, work-out room, bike rentals, basketball court). We really enjoyed our stay! 

We really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy for 6 and 1 dog. The walk to the beach was very short and we really enjoyed the private beach. Highly recommend for families! We can't wait to come back ....

We have never stayed in a pet friendly place.... it was great!! Felt like home and the kitchen was well stocked and bath towels were plenty!! Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

We booked the Maravilla condo last minute for a quick family vacation! The condo was perfect for everything we needed! Easy access to the beach and pool. The available umbrella and chairs on the beach were greatly appreciated and used daily! The condo was clean and well stocked with bath towels. I enjoy cooking and it was so nice to have plenty of cookware and dishes. We would definitely enjoy coming back in the future! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your condo!

We loved our condo because it was so close to the beach and loved the fact that it included the umbrella rental! Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen which was great. Loved the patio area, it was great sitting area for morning coffee.
