Best condo in Maravilla. Updated, clean, comfortable & ocean view. Very accommodating for early check in since it was open night before. Walking distance to Kenny D’s which has amazing food. We will definitely stay at 2413 again!!

Laura and this property are both AWESOME! We had minor issues (not the fault of her or the place itself) and she had a maintenance tech out within 45 minutes to get it fixed. Perfect view, very uncrowded beach due to private access. It was a very relaxing and beautiful trip. Thank you Laura!

This was a great condo! The location is perfect, being an end unit it got lots of natural light. The views of the ocean were immaculate. In room laundry was so convenient! The building had carts for luggage and groceries which made loading and unloading a breeze. Having the beach chair service was a total game changer! The beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was perfect so We will be back!! (VRBO Review)

Fantastic location just across the street from the beach. The condo had everything you need. The 2 chairs and the umbrella was very convenient and the beach attendants were super nice. The condo is as pictured, clean and well equipped. Communicating with Renee, the host was super easy and quick to respond. We had zero issues during our stay. We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

This property was definitely as described ——close to beach and easily drivable to everything we needed . My daughter and her family stayed in different unit on property and they really enjoyed the heated pool . The access to the two beach chairs and umbrella was very nice . The young men who were in charge of those assignments were very cordial and always were able to locate four chairs together for us and for our daughter’s family . The only issue was that we could not sign onto WiFi during the weekend and that resulted in a fee on my plan. This was resolved on Monday after talking with the company in charge of WiFi service .

The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. I liked the key pad and not having to keep up with a key. A great ocean view, coupled with its being close to at least three good eating places, and its being pet friendly made this a great place for me to vacation. I would love to return.

We like to visit Maravilla in the winter months. This condo's location being the end unit on the 4th floor, has more windows giving more views from the condo. Also, being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean, enjoy the sunshine, sunrise, and sunset was an added plus. The elevator access for this condo made it easy to come and go. We would visit this condo again!

My wife, our baby dog and I had a wonderful time at Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The management was excellent, the property is lovely and conveniently located. We will most definitely be returning.

Amazing view. The location on this condo was awesome. Quiet and friendly neighbors, street. Compare to others places this at first looks expensive but actually is not for what is offering. And majority of condos have hidden fees and extra charges. This condo included all in its price. The apartment had more then what we need, all appliances new, great furniture (some kitchen supplies I do not have home😅?). I have nothing negative to say about it. The owner did a great job. Managers of the condo unit Renee very friendly, understanding and quick responders to any question or issue you have. ( by emails) I have a great time, defiantly will be back. If you decide to visit Destin I defiantly recommend this condo. Thank you

There were 3 of us but easily could have accommodated 4...plenty of everything you need...view and location is gr8...facilities at maravilla are just the right amount...easy check in and out..lived the added bonus of the beach club.. definitely coming back!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this cozy condo! Well equipped with all the comforts of home! As I am typing I wish I was still on the balcony, enjoying that breathtaking view! We look forward to renting this condo again next summer!

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & decorated nicely. The only thing no cover over balcony but was no big deal as we were on the beach most of the time. Nice sitting outside in the morning & night. The view is great. Would stay again.

The location and view are simply perfect! Being a top floor end unit means little noise & no foot traffic going by. Comfy bed with pillow top mattress after a day of walking & sunshine made for some great nights sleep. Well stocked, clean, modern condo with everything we needed for a perfect week at the gulf! The condo is beautifully decorated & stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The gulf view was amazing & it was so quiet as it's an end unit on the top floor. Our fur baby loved looking out at the ocean & taking walks around the complex. The sectional couch was very comfy & great for laying around & watching t.v. The bed was also comfy & it was so nice for my husband & I to each have our own bathroom for the week. Maravilla is a really nice complex & felt very safe being a gated community. We enjoyed laying by the pool in the front of the complex & it was wonderful to have the 2 chairs/umbrella available at the private beach. They are set-up every morning around 7:00 so you don't have to wait when you get to the beach - it's great! There are so many great restaurants in the area & a really nice Publix within 5 minutes for your grocery needs. Renee Clayton at Beach Condos in Destin is incredible to work with! The rental process was so organized & easy which made our vacation even more enjoyable. I did a lot of searching online & found their rentals to be reasonably priced & nicely decorated/maintained. I've already started looking at their larger units in hopes of coming back in the fall with our kids & grandkids. This is a wonderful vacation spot & we will definitely be back!! Wow!! This is by far our very favorite condo! We love it here. The unit is upscale, super clean and the furniture feels brand new. The full kitchen is awesome, and the stainless steel appliances are a beautiful touch. It's so convenient to have the washer/dryer too. Whether you are sitting on the comfy sectional or cooking in the kitchen, you can see the gorgeous gulf!! We also really like the amenities you get here...two pools, hot tub, tennis court (2 rackets in the unit for us to use!), private beach access with reserved chairs, basketball hoop. We brought our little poodle, who was most welcomed in this pet friendly unit, and enjoyed many fun walks with her. Maravilla 2413 is the Perfect place! It is our new home away from home with a million dollar view!! This is a Magnificent condo! We loved staying in this lovely top (4th) floor end unit with a full unobstructed stunning views of the gulf. Everything was absolutely perfect! Clean, convenient, and very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony while over looking at the gulf. And we even saw dolphins in the water while cooking in the beautiful kitchen! We have found paradise and totally recommend this wonderful unit!
