We stayed in this same condo 3 years ago. LOVED it then and we LOVE it even more now. What an awesome place to spend Christmas with our new grandbaby!! You cannot beat being on the top floor of this building with an ocean view. The Owners have put some serious money into upgrading the condo. New, beautiful tile floors. New furniture (LOVE the new dining room table!). This place is quiet, comfy and cozy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. If you want to stay at the PERFECT place within a short walk to the beautiful, sugar white sand beaches - THIS is the place!! We will DEFINITELY be back !!

This condo has everything you could ever need for a family getaway to Destin. We rented this condo for Christmas and although it was too chilly to get into the water we sat on the porch and enjoyed every second of that GORGEOUS view! The condo is located close to all the area attractions so it was easy to hop in the car and zip to wherever! Love the recently remodeled kitchen! This condo is SUPER clean! I HIGHLY recommend this condo for an amazing stay in Destin!!!!

We took the kids to the beach for Thanksgiving! Everything was great and this condo had all we needed for a great family dinner. Thanksgiving with a view. The kids loved that they could watch for dolphins from the balcony. This condo was perfect for our family and we were able to bring Sable--our family member with four legs. We will be back.

Love staying in a gulf front condo on the fourth of July. No need to go anywhere but your balcony. There are so many fire works everywhere! Worth the trip. Oh and the cond is great also LOL

This condo is on the top floor of Maravilla in the front building. We love sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sound of the Gulf. The kitchen has been recently redone and is really nice. The second bedroom is kind of small but it works. Thank you for a great time!

You will love maravilla's easy, laid back atmosphere and the beautiful view you will have from this two bedroom, 2 bath, pet-friendly condo that is waiting for you. This unit is non-smoking, sleeps a total of 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Venture from the patio doors and see the beautiful beach and a view of the ocean that only dreams are made of. The unit is bright with a lovely, upscale decor. What else could you ask for!
Maravilla is a great complex with a deeded private beach and is close to everything in destin. As a bonus, an umbrella and 2 chairs are provided for you every day at no charge, when in season.
