We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 2403! The condo was the perfect size for us! Me, my husband, our 1 year old and my mother and father in law all stayed. The view is gorgeous. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Beds are comfy. Pools are nice and the beach access is easy to get to and beautiful. We’ll be back! (VRBO Review)

My dughter & I enjoyed our visit in this beautiful condo. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and viewing/listening to the ocean. The only suggestion I would give to future people that stay. The code to get on the beach is the same as the one that gets you on the property. If you need to unload things from from your car their are carts under the stairwells on each floor. The coffee pot takes grounds/filter or K-pods. Hopefully the elevator close to this condo will be fixed prior to the Spring Breakers, it worked about 3 out of 5 times. (VRBO Review)

The condo was exactly as advertised. The view was excellent from this living room and master. The space was a little tight for us, however. We didn’t experience any issues and the owners were great to send instructions for checking in and out.

We were in Destin for a softball tournament so we only got to go to the beach once over the week but we would love to come back to this place and RELAX! Very clean and organized and well stock with everything from hangers to dishwasher soap (hate it when you go on vacation and can't even use the dishwasher without buying a whole bag of household supplies!). Miravilla is an extremely welcoming, clean, accommodating (ice vending machine on the premises), friendly complex and is in walking distance of Pompanoe's Joe and Captain Dave's restaurants. Great view of the beach! The owner contacted us because the previous guests apparently lost a ring and she went above and beyond to find it for them which speaks toward how much she takes care of her guests! The cleaning lady came and found it and she was sweet as well. We hope to get to come back next year! Also note that this rental went Saturday to Saturday only and check out time Sunday morning is 9am.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two small Yorkies. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. If you’re planning on 4 adults staying, the second bedroom is pretty small but does have a queen size bed. The master over looks the water just like the living area, which is gorgeous. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. I grew up in the area and Maravilla is a good central location to Destin and 30-A.

Our focus for vacation was to get away for much needed rest and relaxation. Our condo was situated on the beautiful gulf with a view of the beach. Every night we sat listening to the ocean and were pleasantly surprised to see dolphins twice! We were away from the hussle of the main highway but close enough to anything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated, a feel of home with comfortable beds. The beach was wonderful having powdery white sand with chairs and an umbrella for a day of fun. Highly suggest staying here! We plan to return soon too!
