Maravilla 2313 1 Bedroom /2 Bath Gulf Front Beach Servi, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a great week at Maravilla and this condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely return for a visit!

The condo was just like it was described. Great location (directly across from the beach/restaurants/shopping), easy parking, and great unit location. Will definitely stay again!!

Easy! From booking to checking in/out, the experience was great! I would highly recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated, wonderful view but not so cleaned. The glass dining table had crumbs & finger prints as well as the other glass top tables in LR. The bedside table had old dust, sand & dog hair ! The couch was worn with flat cushions, chocolate stains & a cushion had a rip in a corner. The refrigerator had what appeared to be watermelon juice on a shelve & door compartment.There was also chocolate stain on kitchen chair, icing on ledge of counter & stool underneath it. Second day in my grandson wanted to sleep in the LR & we found the linen for pullout couch, rolled into a ball & stuffed in a LR cabinet, obviously it had not been laundered. My husband & I were talking about the dirty sheets & that’s when my 12 year old granddaughter told me her pillow case had food stain (looked like chocolate again ) . But the worse part of this is that a sent a very polite email with photos of everything we were not satisfied with to the owner, commending her on her beautiful condo (and also for future reference that we did not do the damages ) & her reply was “couch needs to be replaced & do you want a cleaning person sent to you” NEVER apologized for the unacceptable condition, not “stating it has never happened before, I’ll make sure the cleaning crew is aware of this “ ... NOTHING!!! I replied with a simple YES & for the next 5 days no one was sent. HORRIBLE customer service. On the plus side, the air stopped working at 4pm , I immediately called their office & by 8pm the repairman was there to fix it. Sorry ladies, don’t think I’ll be doing business with you again.

The corner condo has a great view of the beach and ocean. We stayed during the spring break but did not have any issues with noise from neighboring condos. There was some noise from elsewhere on the property but we could only hear it from the balcony our outside the condo. The location is great. You do have to cross the street for beach access, but it was no problem with our 3 and 5 year olds. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) were great. Just remember to bring cash to tip the workers. Only issue we had was with the oven. The fridge comes out too far so you can't open the oven door all the way. We were able to use it but you have to be careful not to burn yourself when using the oven. Overall a great place to stay.

The condo is as shown, beautifully decorated & across street from beach, very convenient & nice waterfront view. Corner unit & quiet when I visited. Property grounds well maintained.

Nicely renovated condo with great views of the beachfront. Good location for restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Would stay here again.

Our condo was absolutely perfect! Beautifully furnished, extremely clean and efficient! We loved it! Loved the extra little details too - rugs beside the bed, rug on the balcony, and under the coffee table...this just makes the living environment so much warmer and cozier. We’ve stayed in other condos here but this one surpassed them all! Definitely coming back! Weather was perfect too - sunny and 70’s every day! Awesome vacation!

Very nice unit with beautiful views. We had just what we needed!

The only thing the condo was missing was a hair dryer...I thought that was a standard item. The view was great! Just like the pictures showed in the ad. We would stay there again!

This was our first trip to Destin and it did not disappoint. The condo was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. The only suggestion I have would be to invest in a nice high top table and chairs for the balcony so you can enjoy the amazing view.

This condo has everything you need! It was very clean and decorated beautifully. I honestly found no flaws. It’s a very close walk to restaurants and the beach. I will definitely stay again.

We've stayed at Maravilla many times and have always enjoyed it. This year was no different. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and exactly as described by the owner. The location was nice as it overlooks the pool with a great view of the ocean. With the recent (& still ongoing) Covid crisis, we weren't sure what to expect in Destin but we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurants were opened with measures in place to allow space between patrons. We ate at Pompano Joes and Kenny D's several times, each time eating on the patio in the fresh air. The beach was beautiful and a very welcome break from our recent stressful reality!

Fantastic location - steps to the beach, incredible view, near the elevator too so it’s been easy to bring your luggage in. Everything is new down to the pots and pans...and it’s a beautiful kitchen. I’ve been renting at Miramar Beach for 20 years and this place is highly recommended.
