This was an amazing house for a family get together! I was impressed and I organize a lot for large groups. The customer service and communication was outstanding! The location was quiet but close to everything. If I had a question it was answered immediately! I would stay here again and again! Wonderful house and exceptional host!

Our family had the best time at the Sunny Serenity beach house! We rented during fall break and the house met every expectation that we had. We have been coming to Destin for years and will definitely come back to this house! The home was spacious and very clean. It was steps away from the beach and easy to get to. The outdoor space was great for entertaining with a big screen TV, grill, pool and hot-tub! Our family also enjoyed the pool table and video games. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back! Oh and this house also comes with an ice machine in the kitchen making it a 10/10!

This property exceeded every expectation for a beach house. The rooms are more than accommodating with their size and separated where privacy is not an issue. The children loved the bunk beds giving them their independence with friends/family. Literally STEPS away from the amazing beach that the emerald coast has to offer. But let’s keep in mind, it is Florida…so rain is a possibility. With that being said, every room has a TV…and if it’s family time you want, you can play the arcades or billiards or board games. The pool and hot tub are great for those night time dips. And having had a total ankle replacement, the elevator was beyond clutch! Be sure to take the golf cart down Scenic Gulf drive and snag a fermented beverage from one of the local restaurants/bars. Host and hostess were more than accommodating with our needs and answered in a very timely manner!! Superb!

The house is a straight shot to the beach. The large wagon was very helpful to transport our things. The pool was great and there were plenty of chairs, etc. Everything was as described and overall we had a great time. Corbin was quick to help with any questions we had!

My family group, consisting of 25, had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. The house provided great space for everyone and was well stocked to meet our needs. The large swimming pool was a great bonus and was used everyday during our stay. Access to the beach was very easy. The owner of the house welcomed us on the first day, this was a very nice personal touch. We plan to return to this house when coming to Destin for a beach vacation

So much room and close to the beach too! We spent an incredible amount of time around the pool having family time and enjoying being away from the hustle of everyday life. The grill was our favorite place to cook our meals. Special thanks to Corbin and Sunny who went the extra mile to make sure the vacation was enjoyable. Corbin brought us an extra tank of gas when the grill was empty and Sunny made the arrangements and drive from the airport tolerable. The beach was a short walk away and everything I could have hoped for. I honestly can not think of any negatives about this trip other than 1 week was not enough!
I would highly recommend this destination and we are already planning a return trip!
