First I have never worked with someone like Aubrey. He was always available when I had a question from booking until we left. House was so accommodating for our party from 9-70 years old. Pool area got a lot of use, the kitchen and tv area allowed us to make some great family memories. Even helped us rent some extra golf carts for our large party. Will be looking to stay here again next summer.

The Blue Pearl beach house is absolutely beautiful!! Our large family was able to spread out and have plenty of space! ! Our grandkids enjoyed playing. Ping pong and foosball when they weren’t enjoying the pool and beach! The kitchen was well equipped and the extra refrigerator and ice maker were a life saver since we prepared our meals every night! Aubrey is an excellent host who responds very quickly to any inquiry and works hard to ensure all goes well. The golf cart was also a great addition to shuttle us to and from the beach. This beach house has everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!!

We had everything we needed for a great stay in Miramar Beach, FL. The house was perfect for our large group (14 adults and 2 children). It was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom having a King Bed and attached bath was a big plus. The open floor plan made it nice to all be together whether just lounging, eating or fixing meals. The included pool was a necessity with the Florida heat, the kids and adults made great use of it in the afternoons. The included golfcart was great, especially for getting all your gear to the beach. It felt like a home we returned to each day and not a vacation rental. The host was great and accommodating. I highly recommend the “Blue Pearl”. We will definitely stay here again.

THE SPACE
The Blue Pearl boasts a whopping EIGHT king master suites, all with private ensuite bathrooms! Two of the eight king suites offer our expansive "family suite" layout, which each includes: 1 king bed, a bunk area containing 2 sets of bunk beds (can sleep up to 5 kids!), and a private ensuite bathroom. In addition to the eight king suites, we also have a themed kids bunk room that will sleep an additional 3 kids.
With so much space throughout the Blue Pearl, your group won't have to look far to find a place to relax in one of two living rooms or several other lounging spots throughout the home. Grab a snack in the fully equipped, grand gourmet kitchen, play some games in the rec area, or need to cool off with a chilled drink Blue Pearl offers a standalone ice maker within the wet bar on the first floor and has strategically placed mini fridge's throughout for our convenience! The palm tree-lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and has outdoor seating that's perfect for dining under the stars or as a backdrop for a beautiful family photo. There is a great mix of seating /lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV's in every room! Never miss a play of the big game and catch up on that series!
As you enter the front door, the Blue Pearl mesmerizes with its one-of-a-kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Beautiful stone countertops and porcelain oversized tiles are used throughout the kitchen. living spaces, and in every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 4k smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional smart TV's throughout the home. Each bedroom has it's own TV!
After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated saltwater pool featuring fiberoptic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub that offers a serene ambiance with the constant sound of soft, flowing water.

The Blue Pearl's expansive property and its amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Your reservation comes with $750 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Pool Heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in the bathroom and kitchen to get you started on your trip.
Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs/toys/umbrellas/coolers), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.
