We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, and Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. No pets allowed.

Property rules state: No trailers of any size or style, boats, motor homes, jet skis or off-road vehicles of any kind shall be parked on the property, or in any parking spaces, no commercial vehicles allowed overnight. Please call us to arrange off site parking.
