For you beach lovers, you've found the right place here. Walk right across the street to the beautiful White Powder soft sand with clear Emerald Green Water. Recently purchased and we've done a ton of renovations to make this a like new home. Both Master suites have new tile showers, floors and granite. All bedrooms have new Wood Laminate Flooring. Kitchen has magnificent new granite and bedroom #3 has Custom bunks.

Fully furnished with all brand new Furnishings and Accessories, including an abundance of Patio furniture where you can hang out on comfy seating or have a family meal overlooking the water.  We have all new Smart TVs.
There is a garage for parking and also open parking on site. In the downstairs storage area, you’ll find 6 beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and rolling beach cart.

At the Public Beach, you’ll find a ton of beach area and a local’s favorite hang out, Pompano Joe’s, a restaurant with a beach bar below and live music most afternoons. There’s a Volley Ball game going on most days too, so you can join in on the fun. There are bathroom facilities and showers located at the beach as well.

This is a 3-story building and we are on the third floor. You can climb the stairs or take the elevator which is located next to our entrance. When entering the Condo you will find a lovely entrance hall leading to the very large living room which has a sofa, 2 chairs, lamps, ceiling fan, 65” TV and a desk. You have awesome views from the living room, inside or out on the porch. There is even a desk overlooking the water. (Not that you should be working while on vacation, but just in case…..) We have a very large kitchen loaded with everything you need to create fabulous meals or just a quick snack, new granite tops and backsplash, new single pan sink and faucet and a pantry. The breakfast bar has 8 bar stools. In the dining area we have a pub table and 4 stools.
Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, 55” Smart TV, 2 sitting chairs and an electric recliner! It is located in the back with double doors leading to the porch and those fabulous gulf views! The Master bath has split vanities and a 5’ New tiled Shower. Master Suite #2 has a king bed, chair and Smart TV. Master bath has a new 5’ tiled shower. Bedroom #3 has Custom built bunks with 3 Twins and one Full bed, Smart TV and en-suite bath with Tub/Shower. Utility room has full size Washer and Dryer and an additional Beverage center.
