We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. The accommodations were great for our family. It was so nice that you had beach chairs to use. Your kitchen was well equipped. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach, especially being heated. Hope to visit again!

Lauren’s Beach Retreat is amazing. This condo is as beautiful as they come. Updated furnishings inside and out. Plenty of room inside the condo and plenty of room on the patio. We highly recommend this condo to anyone and everyone. (Side note - added benefit is the elevator is located right by this condo’s door. Never heard the elevator from inside the condo either) Book this condo today and enjoy your family vacation like we just enjoyed ours! We will definitely be booking again.

Where do I start? This condo rental was simply amazing! First, the booking process: SO many less fees than other rentals, seamless process, reasonable deposit amount & agreement, great communication with owners, and pictures, description accurately describe the condo. Second, we loved the fact that it is a gated property which made us feel extra safe. The unit was perfectly located in regards to the beach(very short walk), the view(gorgeous), the level(perfect- except the early birds above us lol). Unit space was perfectly spacious and clean. Everything that we needed and more was provided…. LOVED the storage space with chairs, umbrella, tent, toys and more! The outdoor patio was my favorite, so spacious, comfortable furniture, and the view and beach breeze was incredible. The location of the property was so conveniently located. Restaurants within walking distance and Destin a really short drive away. We didn’t use the pool much because my kids said the water was hot, not refreshing at all…not a huge surprise for July in FL though I guess. The beach was fabulous, can’t beat the white, soft sand, clean beach, and clear blue water! Lauren and her husband were so so sweet, checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was as promised and it was and more. We will definitely stay again!

I took my 2 daughters & their husbands to Miramar Beach & we stayed in Lauren’s Beach House. It was a great place to stay & Lauren was wonderful to work with. Very pretty & comfortable. It rained quite a bit but we were satisfied just staying in the condo. Had a wonderful, big porch with comfortable furnishings. If I get to go back to this area, would love to stay in it again. Highly recommend!

We booked with Lauren and had a great experience with them. She communicated all information and gave suggestions of things to do. The condo had all the amenities of home and was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year and plan to stay longer. Our family has stayed at Lauren’s Beach Retreat for several years and we love it.  The owners are so friendly, helpful, and offer everything we need for an amazing vacation with our kids and grandchildren!  The location is great as well!  The owners make sure you have everything you need right at your fingertips and are so nice to allow you to use what they have at the condo. It is also clean with extremely comfy beds!  The pool is nice, especially for the grandkids and the walk to the beach is short.  Our family highly recommends staying at Lauren’s Beach Retreat and appreciate the opportunity to continue making memories with our family.

We rented Lauren’s Beach Retreat for 3 weeks Apr/May 2023. The condo was spacious, clean & very well equipped including a closet full of beach supplies. The complex is quiet with friendly visitors. The lanai was the perfect spot for napping, reading or socializing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Our family of 6 had an awesome vacation rental experience at Lauren's Beach Retreat. We have been coming to Destin for a little over 20 years and have stayed at a multitude of properties from condos, townhouses and houses. I would rate the customer service and care from the owners Lauren and Mark, as the very best we have experienced. It is very refreshing to communicate directly with the property owner and not a management company. They checked on us before we arrived on our trip down and throughout the week to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I also liked the fact that as a renter, you can look at the pricing and know exactly what you are paying before going through the booking process (the tax, housekeeping and fee totals are already added in for you). The condo was clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I and our children (ages 17,14,12, and 10). The bedrooms are large for a Destin condo and it was very convenient to have 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need to cook throughout the week if you prefer to eat in versus going out. We loved the brand new beach chairs and sand toys provided, conveniently located in a closet below the unit. The location on Miramar Beach is one of our favorites. The unit is ocean view from the veranda and just a short walk across the road to the Public Beach access at Pompano Joe's. Then kids loved swimming in the pool located just a few steps from the unit. There are several other Public Beach accesses within walking distance to the East and West. We chose to rent a Golf Cart and were able to roam from Destin Commons to Silver Sands and all the areas in between that were posted at speed limits of 35 mph or less. We can't thank Lauren and Mark enough for sharing their AWESOME condo with our family. Look forward to returning again soon!!

What a wonderful time my family and I had, staying in this beautiful condo! We had everything, plus more, we needed to make our stay comfortable and very welcoming. We had plenty of space for the five of us, and having an elevator was so so convenient for lugging and groceries. We enjoyed having the beach so close. I hope to have the opportunity to return to this area, and I would definitely rent this vacation unit again. 

Our family of 5 stayed here over fall break and it was so lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio every morning and drinking coffee while being able to view the ocean and sunrise. The condo has everything we needed for a wonderful week. It was extremely clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. The condo is equipped with a large garage and it also has a closet full of beach chairs, floats, and sand toys. We hope to return soon!

We love staying at Lauren’s Beach Retreat at Pavilion Palm. We have stayed 3 times at Lauren’s Beach Retreat and it’s always perfect! The location is perfect and within walking distance to several restaurants. One of my favorite things is the patio/balcony is comfortable and perfect for morning coffee!

We loved our stay here and will be a repeat customer. The condo is beautiful and has everything that you will need INCLUDING beach toys for the kids. We had five adults and three children and never felt cramped. The balcony over looked the pool and the beach was visible from the balcony as well. Conveniently located is an understatement. There was a Five Star restaurant across from the complex and shops within walking distance. Your family will love it.

Great location! We have stayed here 3 times and we will say again. This is very close to restaurants within walking distance. The condo is very spacious pony a room for your family. The condo will always has everything we need and More. The owners are great to deal with and very accessible by text or email and respond promptly. This is a wonderful condo I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed.

This was our first visit to Lauren's Beach Retreat and it will not be our last. We previously have rented on 30a and Sandestin. We decided to try something new since those areas are so crowded now. We were not disappointed with this unit. It is much easier to navigate-no giant parking garages, no waiting on elevators-and plenty of room on the beach! Last year we had someone literally knock into our chair in front of one of the towers at Sandestin. This year, we had room to spread out on the beach. The unit was clean with lots of extras not usually in a rental unit-laundry detergent, hand soap pumps, Ziploc bags. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The owners were great and very communicative.

A repeat visitor! We’ve stayed at Lauren’s Condo several times and have not been disappointed, It is spacious, well equipped, clean, and has a nice location with several restaurants within walking distance. AND the pictures are accurate. Most importantly, the owners are very accessible and they are a delight to work with - which is an added bonus. You will not be disappointed.

We had the best vacation! Lauren’s condo has everything you need. The layout is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The location is perfect and close to several restaurants and the outlet mall! We would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from renting Lauren’s Beach Retreat and it was probably the best place we’ve used in our visits to the Destin area. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you will need. Three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms worked great with the 3 young adults we brought with us. The covered patio is large and especially great for breakfast before hitting the beach. The unit is tucked back slightly from the road (Scenic 98) that you cross to access the beach. This gives you a little more peacefulness when sitting out on the porch. You can even use the garage that each unit is provided, along with the beach supplies in the storage closet. Just bring a beach towel, toothbrush, and swimsuit and you are set

Just stayed at Lauren’s Beach Retreat last week. The owners are very attentive and provided a beautiful condo with many amenities. The living room/kitchen area is very spacious. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that easily accommodated our group of two adults and three college age students. An added bonus is the covered patio, a great place to start the morning. The unit is set back a bit from the road, Scenic 98, which adds to the privacy. Another bonus is the garage and the storage room loaded with beach supplies. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Obviously, a great place to stay!

We just stayed a week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat with 4 adults and two teenage boys. We all had our own room and bathroom and the amenities are abundant. The kitchen is stocked and ready to cook in. The beach closet has everything you need for spending days at the beach. It even has a beach cart that makes the short walk to the beach easier. The covered balcony was my favorite spot to drink coffee in the morning. The owners are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet place to get away to the beach

Our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 teenager) just got home from a week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat and it was simply amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, huge washer/dryer, very spacious, and in a great end-unit spot. The Pavilion Palms buildings are calm and quiet-just what we look for on vacation. The pool was very quiet, something we really search for when looking for a rental! We enjoyed the beautiful beach near Pompano Joe’s, the ability to walk to several other restaurants, and our morning walks to the coffee shop. This condo has everything you need for a perfect week at the beach! Our favorite might have been the covered porch in the mornings and evenings. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. This condo gets a 10/10 from our family! We can’t wait to come back next year.

We just returned home from an amazing week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat. The condo is beautifully decorated and so spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers with plenty of space. We enjoyed the spacious balcony while drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the kids swim in the late afternoon. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The owners have a storage closet stocked with all things needed(umbrella, chairs, toys) for a fabulous day at the beach.

We loved staying in this beautifully decorated condo. The condo has everything you need and is just a short walk to the beach! We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night and in the mornings! This place is also very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Laurens Condo Is amazing, wonderfully decorated. My family of 6 adults and our 20 month old grand daughter had plenty of room. This unit was above and beyond from the garage, to grill, to the beach chairs, floats, and basically anything needed for a great vacation. This made our 3rd yr in this condo. Highly Recommend this UNIT.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Lauren's Beach Retreat. We love this condo! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and well situated for an ocean view. Pavilion Palms has a beautiful pool and is a very short walk to the beach. The owners have filled the outside storage room with many beach and pool supplies and the kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary items. The owners have set this condo up for a great vacation and are great to communicate with. We were 100% pleased with this entire experience and look forward to returning again next year!

Lauren’s beach retreat was absolutely AMAZING! There was everything you needed right there! The rental was fully stocked with everything to cook with, start out your vacation, and enjoy the whole time there! From kitchen accessories to bathroom linens and beach equipment. Honestly it was so convenient to enjoy time at the pool or walk over to the beach. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony and cooking out on the grill at dinner time. The owners have it decorated beautifully on the inside and it makes you feel right at the beach! I would definitely come back here & hopefully someday have a place just as nice to call my own beach retreat! Thank you to the owners for open communication and inviting us into your beach home!

The condo was perfect for us. There was 4 adults and 4 kids staying. It felt like home away from home. It was clean, fully stocked with convenient items on arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, etc). Of course we replenished the items we used, but it was nice not having to run out as soon as we arrived. The beds were beyond comfortable! I loved the beach decor too. The balcony was so nice too. We were able to look out at the palm trees, pool, and could see some of the ocean too. The condo was so convenient to the beach, only a parking lot and a crosswalk away from it. The pool had a hose and a shower outside to clean off all the sand after visiting the beach and before getting in the pool. The storage unit had beach chairs, toys, and a push cart to bring the items to the beach! Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s where we enjoyed happy hour and seafood. I miss it so much already. We had a wonderful time for our first stay in Destin & we can’t wait to go back!

I rented this condo for my husband, daughter and her family - plus we had 3 grandkids. This condo was very clean and spacious. I could tell the owners cared about this property. One of the nicest features was the spacious covered veranda, which provided good sun cover if needed, and could be used in the rain as well. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with during the pre-renting process. Even little things (that can be a huge benefit!) like appliances (dishwasher, frig, ice maker, washer and dryer) all worked well which was wonderful. The 3 full bathrooms were all reasonable sizes which was a pleasant surprise too. There were ample towels in the bathrooms and kitchen area. The photos accurately show this unit accurately; the unit IS how it appears in photos! We would definitely rent from these owners again!

Lauren’s Beach Retreat is wonderful. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We spent many hours on the balcony’s comfortable furniture overlooking the pool and the Gulf. The condo is very clean with lots of linens. The pool and grounds are very well kept. It was nice to have a garage. Walking distance to the Gulf and many restaurants. Lauren and Mark are very friendly attentive owners. We will be back.

Lauren's Beach Retreat did not disappoint! The condo was very clean, lots of room for our family of five, and absolutely decorated gorgeous! The facility is nice and quiet, a very relaxing place to rest on vacation. Our favorite part is the balcony! It is HUGE with a table that the entire family can fit around along with a nice patio set overlooking the pool and ocean! We will definitely be back! Thanks Mark and Lauren for your hospitality!

This spacious and clean unit is in the perfect location to the beach. Parking is wonderful and the property is so well kept, too. The bedrooms are the perfect size and the kitchen and great room has such wonderful, ‘beachy’ decor. We highly recommend this unit

Our family, 4 adults and a 2 year old, just spent a week in this amazing condo in Miramar Beach. Everything was perfect, from the booking process, to communications with owners, the check in/checkout and the entire week in the lovely complex of Pavillion Palms. The well appointed, updated condo has everything needed plus to make your beach vacation so relaxing. The unit has a garage and additional storage unit full of beach equipment, pool accessories, gas grill, etc. Our most favorite bonus was the huge balcony, perfect for meals, always a comfortable breeze. We have been renting at Miramar Beach for 8 years, Pavillion Palms and Lauren’s Beach Retreat are by far our favorite. Absolutely a perfect place!

We have stayed at this beautiful condo multiple times and always look forward to returning. Every amenity is available and the condo is beautifully decorated and updated. The beach is stunning and so convenient, and the pool and lush landscaping are amazing. The owner's could not be nicer and truly want this to feel like your home as well! They have thought of absolutely everything that you could want and I feel as though I am staying at a resort. I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo and Miramar Beach - we never want to leave!

This condo sets the tone for a wonderful vacation. It's super clean, open and airy, bright, and has plenty of space! With a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and personal bathrooms in each bedroom, there wasn't anything lacking. Our family loved having breakfast on the large balcony. We loved that it overlooked the pool and had a view of the ocean. The complex is small, quiet, and super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Also, the owners, Glenda and Carolyn, were so nice and accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will absolutely been coming back!

Our family stayed at this beautifully decorated spacious condo in June. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to your every need. The condo is very clean and have nice new appliances and everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. Nice flat screen TV's in every room. The pool, which is just steps away, was very clean with lots of chairs for sunbathing. They also have a beach storage locker where you can store all your beach gear and borrow anything of theirs that you want. Elevator right outside the condo door which makes it easy to bring up your groceries or luggage. The beach is right across the street from the condo, easy 5 minute walk. This condo is in a great location and you will enjoy your stay here. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
