Located a short tram-ride distance near the stunning beaches with crystal white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you are sure to fall in love with this new vacation condo. The soft tones, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new furniture, and modern decor is incredibly relaxing to come home to after a fun day in the sun or after a day-long conference at the nearby conference center within walking distance of the property. Comfy seating including a sofa sleeper couch, flat screen TV, and balcony access are amazing amenities you'll find in the main living space. Enjoy a vacation cocktail on you private, wrap-around balcony offering peek-a-boo views of the Choctawhatchee Bay! A dining table and barstools are provided alongside the fully-stocked kitchen so you can share all the comforts of home. From a fridge/freezer and dishwasher to a blender and coffee maker, you'll have all the appliances you could need along with cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware. Your master bedroom oasis is calling your name - can you hear it? A large comfy king size bed welcomes you in for a relaxing night's sleep. You'll find a spacious second bedroom with a king bed as well. The third room will have two queen beds that provide enjoyable accommodations.
