2BR/2BA ground floor golf villa
The MBR features a new king bed and en suite bathroom. The second BR has a queen bed with twin bunk over, so it sleeps five. The second full bath is across the hall from the second BR and also has access from the living areas. The kitchen has been updated, and the living room and dining room are both spacious. There is also a dining table outside, along with a porch swing for those lazy afternoons (or mornings).
There are ceiling fans and HDTV's throughout. Cable TV and high-speed internet are provided. Washer/dryer in the condo. Parking is right outside the unit, a lockable storage area is provided, and there are no stairs to climb.
This is a non-smoking condo with no pets allowed. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. And please note that during the summer season (June until mid-August) the unit rents on a weekly basis ONLY, Saturday to Saturday. Call for last minute specials.
