Summerspell 202, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Mike and Ruthie know how to treat guests. This was paradise on Earth at a very reasonable price considering the location. There were local restaurants, grocery stores, and adventures all within a 6 mile radius. When we arrived the cozy condo became our Hamlet instantly. The walls were painted beautiful colors to accent the seashore. There were fresh linens and towels. The bathroom, kitchen, and floors were well maintained with no mold or disrepair. The dish washer was intact and clean. The bunk beds in the hallway made for a cozy nook for those with children and a pull out sofa to accommodate a friend or extra guest. Then we discovered the balcony. Breathtaking! Is the best spot for morning coffee or tea and the best view of the sunset sky. The pictures don't lie in the presentation! They are real. Go visit and see for yourself. If you don't think this is a little slice of heaven on Earth then you're missing out.

The Wilson's condo is perfect for a vacation where you want to spend as much time as possible on the beach. From door to sand, it's a minute walk! Everything you need is in the condo. You will find it neat, clean, and with everything in working order. We highly recommend for your next Destin stay!

My family and I stayed at Summerspell 202 recently and it was better than expected. Everything was clean and neat. The location and view was great. Looking forward to booking again. Also the owners are very nice and helpful.

2nd time here! Owners great to work with. Beautiful Gulf views and centrally located. The place is clean and has everything you need. 

We stayed here Memorial week for the 2nd time. Owners are easy to work with, the place is well equipped, centrally located, and has amazing views of the beautiful ocean!! We had a great time!
