Beach Vibes 209, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

First vacation away from home in 9 years & we couldn't have expected a better place! Just two of us and between the great condo and the accommodations, it was perfect for us. Literally 200 yards from the beach, a short walk across a slow moving road and you're at the beach. The condo has everything you need & expected. Very clean, tidy and enjoyable. Appliances/cabinets stocked with every-day-use items to cook/chill or just hang out, 2-4 people will enjoy this unit. The sunrises & sunsets are AMAZING from the balcony. Not a photographer, but wow from a phone camera! David & Anne we're truly awesome, she'll even call/text when making reservations and their phone # is everywhere...from emails/texts and on the dang fridge!! Just a wonderful time to relax. I can't thank them enough for opening their property & allowing us to rent it. We'll absolutely be back again! When you visit, sign the guestbook...it was good to read the stories of others that visited to get suggestions of places to eat/visit/attractions...etc. One side note...look under the bunk beds before you purchase beach chairs/umbrella...LOL

Besties came to the beach to celebrate our 50th!!! This condo was perfect location to the beach! Anne was very helpful and answered all questions with kindness??Thank you for helping us celebrate our birthdays with your amazing condo where we did not want for a thing!!!

So very happy with our experience. The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. We had everything needed and Anne was very accommodating and supportive. Absolutely will stay again and again!!!!

Such a nice experience at Summerspell 209. Anne was awesome to communicate with and the condo was super clean, organized and well thought out. Miramar is our happy place, so we are very familiar with the properties and area. Our first time at Summerspell did not disappoint. Pool and hot tub were amazing and property was well kept. We will definately return! Thank you Anne, for accomodating our last minute reservation!

This beautiful condo was literally a home away from home in comfort and view. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning in the SO comfortable barstool height chairs and there was also a smaller table with 2 chairs. Everything was exceptional! Ann was beyond accommodating with our questions and the booking was very easy. We originally booked for 4 night and we enjoyed it so much we wanted 1 more and we were lucky it was available! The walk from the front door of the condo to the beach was a breeze and less than a few minutes. This part of the beach is absolutely beautiful!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we appreciate Ann & her husband sharing it with us!!!

Living less than 1.5 hours from the Beach, we've stayed at many different places, and I must say this was the perfect place for us. Excellent location, beautiful view and reasonably priced. Very Clean with a lovely beachy decor that was simple and not over kill. Every detail I could think of was taken care of so much so, that it really felt like home. I really can't say enough good things about this overall experience. Even working with Anne Wolf as our Hostess has been a comfortable experience as well. She was always very attentive to our questions and needs with prompt responses. Thank you for making our 38th anniversary weekend such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next visit the Summer Spell #209.

It was difficult to leave our condo even after 2 weeks! Summerspell 209 had everything to meet our needs including many special touches the owners added to make it feel like home plus it's one of the cleanest condos we have ever visited. If we weren't on the short walk it took to get to the beach, we were on the lovely balcony enjoying the sun or watching the sunset. We felt the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Anne and Dave are extremely easy to work with and they contacted us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. For the first time ever we are booking ahead for next year! Perfect winter getaway!!

This was the most user friendly rental management we have ever used. Great Location! Easy access to the beach across the street. Loved the walking/jogging paths along the beach. Beautiful view - enjoyed sitting on the deck to see the ocean and awesome sunsets! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Anne & Davis we’re extremely attentive hosts.
