Surfside Resort Unit 1412, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a great on our long weekend. The pool was perfect for evening swims and it’s very family friendly. The on-site restaurant and beach bar made it easy to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the resort. We slept incredibly well while we stayed at the Condo. I think it was a combination of ocean air and very comfortable beds. This condo really offered everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation!

The condo is huge with three bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The resort has tennis courts, pickelball courts, and a half-basketball court so it was easy to burn off all the food and drinks we had on the trip. It was great to have these activities right at the resort. There was also a well-equipped gym in the resort for lifting weights. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and smart TV for movie nights. The condo was clean and well-decorated so our stay was very comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

The condo is super spacious with a kitchen that overlooks the living room and the balcony. It was great for when you're cooking and the rest of your crew wants to watch the waves or has a movie on (There were lots of included streaming options on the TV). We enjoyed making breakfast and then heading to the beach which was just a short walk away. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was really handy, especially after a day full of beach activities. And the views from the balcony were just stunning! Watching the sunset from there became our favorite part of the day. We even woke up early to watch the sunrise one day, too.It truly felt like a home away from home with all the comforts we needed. There was also an AMAZING coffee place called BadASS coffee within walking distance (10 minutes or so). Get the “Three waves”.

We loved staying at this condo! The balcony is amazing—it runs the whole length of the condo, and you can see the ocean from every room! Enjoying coffee with a view of the beach was incredible. We had 4 beach loungers reserved for us and an additional 2 beach chairs in the condo we could take with us. Relaxing on the beach was so easy. To get from the room to the beach you just take the elevator to the 1st floor in the building and walk across a short bridge to the beach. You even pass the buildings’ private bar on the way. From door to sand is probably 5 minutes.

We loved our our here. The condo's location is right by the beach, so we had easy access to the water whenever we wanted. The balcony view was gorgeous, especially at sunset, when the sky turned all sorts of beautiful colors. We spent so much time just sitting out there, enjoying the view. The on-site restaurant delivers to the condo which was great for when we didn’t want to leave to grab dinner. We also loved the free beach services. Having chairs and umbrellas ready for us every day was a nice touch. The resort amenities and location made this one of our favorite vacations.

Both the condo and building amenities were fantastic—there were hot tubs, a fitness center, and even a spa where we treated ourselves to massages. The condo itself was really clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our whole group. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The beach was stunning and not too crowded which was a nice surprise. And we were only a short ride (15-20 minutes) from the boardwalk so we could go do all the activities we wanted to without worrying about long drives and expensive uber fees. The condo had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway and was very good value for money.

We had a group of 7 and are so lucky to have stayed here! The place was perfect and plenty of room for us. We especially, with a bunch of teenage girls, appreciated the small touches in the bathrooms - makeup wipes, cotton pads, Q-tips and the like. The beds were comfy and views were great. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because it was so convenient to get to the beach. Plus the beach chair rentals provided by the owners made it SO SO easy to be beachside. The chair guys were friendly and helpful, and we even got to see two beachfront weddings. Proximity to coffee and ice cream shops was perfect too. The girls were able to get out and safely walk to certain spots and visit friends. We can’t wait to come back for another great stay!

Awesome place to stay!! The room and the view is beautiful! The owners are very friendly and even contacted us to make sure that everything was ok with the room.

We loved the space and the set up of the unit. Access to the beach was fantastic and so easy. We were very comfortable and would rent this unit again!
