Fantastic condo and was decorated beautifully. Conveniently located and excellent amenities. Ideal location to vacation and totally relax or go out on the town. Very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be back (hopefully sooner than later). Thank you Cindy for everything!

We stayed for a quick anniversary getaway at the beginning of May. This unit is GORGEOUS. The view is as stated! Million Dollar View!! Cindy was very pleasant and helpful to work with. The resort amenities did not disappoint with our favorite being, the restaurant on site. The pool was warm (in early May) and the hot tubs were nice after a day in the cool gulf water. The unit is newly renovated and decorated nicely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The resort is in a cute little area with many things within walking distance. The included beach service is a definite plus. We literally have zero complaints and can’t wait to stay again!!

The studio condo was the perfect long weekend getaway for us. We loved being able to sit on the balcony for hours, watching the water, sunrise, and sunset. The amenities are exactly what are needed for a studio condo, the décor is perfect, the and location can't be beaten. Cindy was fantastic to book with, and attended to our every need with friendly professionalism. We intend to stay here in, that is, unless we buy a condo like Diamond in the Sky for ourselves!

This will be my second year coming without my family, my mom booked through Cindy when I was a kid and when she passed I lost Cindy's contact info until I came across this unit online. Cindy is the best with communicating if something is going on. I arrived to the unit, had to contact her and she answered right away, she is very kind. Her rooms are so clean, and very well put together. Perfect location, just a walk to the bar or the beach. The balcony, of course, was my favorite part. Thank you Cindy, for being the best owner!! I can't wait to visit again!!!

My daughter & I wanted to go on a beach trip together for a long time. We decided to try over thanksgiving weekend and had almost given up finding a reasonable rental until we found this. Cindy was so easy to work with. It could not have been more perfect! The view was incredible and it was right in the middle of all our favorite shopping places. Food on site or just a short drive and the unit was super clean. Thank you Cindy! We will never forget our first mother/daughter beach getaway and we hope to visit again soon!

Reservations cancelled less than the 30 day requirement will receive a full refund only if the unit is re-booked for the same amount of days at the same price. Damage deposit will be refunded immediately upon cancellation. If owner can re-book part or all of the reserved dates, even if for a lower rate, that amount will be refunded promptly.
