Our family of 12 loved the renovations — custom luxurious gray shades that matched the newly painted gray walls, the diagonal faux wood flooring throughout, and the modern light fixtures. We enjoyed the high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows that accented the gorgeous ocean view. We will go back!

Renting from Cindy is always a pleasure. This is the second unit of hers I have stayed in and her response time and communication is excellent. I really like Surfside. It is centrally located in Destin and an easy walk to the beach.

We found this condo and the premise to be excellent accommodations for our vacation. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The large dining space and kitchen made our in-house dining a smooth operation. The facilities within the condo and on the premise were in excellent order. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts during our stay. So grateful for the experience we had with this unit!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was very nice and clean. Cindy is very helpful and made our stay great. Surf side is very nice. Lots of amenities. Kids had a wonderful time in the pool and on the beach.

Our family loves this Condo! It feels like home away from home. Cindy is great she’s just one call away if you need anything. There is plenty of room and very clean. The area it’s in is great nice pool and hot tub. We have stayed there 2 years in a row. Thank you Cindy for everything!

Our unit is, 1,535 square feet, 3 LARGE BEDROOMS/3 BATHS SURFSIDE BEACH RESORT OCEAN VIEW CONDOMINIUM. We have a very opened floor plan with GLASS DOORS/WINDOWS from CEILING TO FLOOR.
Main unit & master bedroom open to a 28 FOOT BALCONY. The THIRD BEDROOM opens onto private 14 FOOT BALCONY. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWING.
A huge MASTER BEDROOM with a king-size bed, wall mounted FLAT SCREEN TV large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed shower. The SECOND BEDROOM features 2-FULL SIZE beds TV and private full bath. THIRD BEDROOM has OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE FROM HALLWAY with TWO QUEEN SIZE beds, FLAT SCREEN TV, large closet, PRIVATE BALCONY.
Our LIVING ROOM is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and include FLAT SCREEN TV. DINING ROOM has seating for six.
