If owner can re-book part or all of the reserved dates, even if for a lower rate, that amount will be refunded promptly.

We’ve stayed at this rental twice now for our annual girls trip getaway. There is plenty of room in this recently updated unit. The bedrooms are situated so that we never felt on top of each other. The views are absolutely stunning!!! The little private balcony is perfect for coffee alone before everyone gets up. The kitchen is well supplied if you choose to cook there. We love the heated pool and the two hot tubs on site. Cindy provides complimentary beach service as part of your stay and that adds incredible value! It’s been very clean both times we’ve visited and we can’t wait to return. Cindy is helpful and quick to help should the need arise. Book this property. I promise it does not disappoint!

We stayed in this wonderful condo for Spring Break. The bedroom configuration was perfect for my husband and I and our son’s family of four. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beach chair service was a welcomed bonus. We never had an issue getting across the road to the beach via the street or the bridge way connected to the resort. We enjoyed being within walking distance of several restaurants and Kilwinn’s ice cream shop. The best amenity to this condo is the AMAZING views of the ocean! Cindy was a great host and was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed if you chose to stay in 1001.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo in October 2021, and we were thrilled with the unit. We had never stayed at surfside because at the Majestic Sun, the elevators are so slow and we were afraid we would experience the same thing at this high rise. We were so wrong! Not only were the elevators fast, the entire complex is amazing. The restaurant is one of the best we have encountered and the sushi bar is wonderful, too. However, what we loved the most was the unit itself and the owners were outstanding in working with us. We plan to rent this unit again and we highly recommend it to those of you who have never stayed at Surfside.

Nice condo. Great view.
It was a really nice condo with a great view. We liked that the surfside building has a restaurant and a bar on the beach. We enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffleboard also. Cindy is super nice and I'm sure she would have fixed any problems we might have had, but we didn't have any with the condo. The red tide was a problem though. Big problem. Hopefully they will get that under control.

I recently stay at this condo and absolutely loved it. Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the beach. Great location with all the amenities. The owners were super and went out of their way to make sure I was welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this unit and I would come back anytime.
