Just want to give a shout out to an amazing owner, I don’t know if she’s on here or not but she owns a few condos at Destin and I believe she deserves a good compliment. Luvitatthebeach.com I’m not sure where all her condos are but ours was going to be at Surfside resort. She was very quick at answering any questions I had when booking then was very kind and sincere when I opted to cancel our vacation due to the covid 19 pandemic. Her name is Millie Lusco. If you are looking to book in the future definitely check into her rentals. She does private manage her condos . She was truly amazing all around!

The view from the balcony was outstanding! We spent many nights sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach and streets below. The unit was clean and decorated wonderfully! And I have to say my bed was more comfortable then my bed at home :). Easy access to the beach via the walk over from the pool was great. Only disappointment was the tiki bar at the pool was not open, however, the pool itself and access to the restaurant from the pool are was also a huge plus. We would definitely rent Millie's unit again!

Great condo and beautiful water!! The beach itself was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear our entire stay. The owner, Millie was awesome!! If I had a question or concern Millie was always quick to respond within minutes of my email or text. Condo was very nice as well. I would definately come back to this condo again during the off season. I was nice to have 3 restaurants within walking distance and grocery store was less than a mile from the condo. Thank you Millie for being a wonderful host!!

The unit we was provided with was wonderful.. The owner explained everything to very helpful with any question. The unit was clean, properly furnished and like being at home except with a view of a beautiful beach. Couldn't ask for a better location, nicer owner and helpful staff. We will return to this unit again in the near future

A recently remodeled condominium, where you will enjoy a relaxing and stress free vacation.
Sit on the spacious private balcony for your morning coffee, watch the Amazing Sunsets and watch the many Dolphins swim by in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
You want to see a beautiful sunset/sunrise You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Destin Florida! All the while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind”. (Each room allows for entry onto the balcony without disturbing any other occupants in the unit.)
This unit sleeps 6/8 people confortably.
It is a 2bdrm/2ba unit, including a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with a large lighted closet & a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a walk in shower.
All lines are supplied. The Master Bedroom closet has a safe a $50.00 REFUNDABLE key deposit is required to use the safe.
The guest room has two full beds with a large closet
and its own connecting bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. All Linens are supplied.
There is a dining room, kitchen, and a breakfast area and a snack bar with a view of the gulf. The living room has two chairs, a queen sized sofa sleeper, the dining room table seats six, with an additional 2 seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, fully equipped and all the linens are supplied.
Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own flat screen TV with a DVD players in the bedrooms and an iPod player in the living room.
The bedrooms and breakfast area has ceiling fans.
Need to wash that beach wear Sure! This unit is equipped with its own full size washer and dryer.

Surfside Resort has inside air conditioned hall corridors and outside covered parking.
Located on the first floor of the resort are several amenities. Hair Salon and a Spa
A fitness room provides any individual the opportunity to continue with their workout schedule. Hungry, how about the on-site restaurant, Royal Palm Grille caters to being family friendly with several menu items, ranging from seafood to hamburgers.
