Surfside #1205 "Deverra Destin-y", Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Wow what a gorgeous condo!  The view was amazing!  Deverra-Desin y was very well appointed, well stocked with all our needs!  I fell in love the minute I came through the door!  The interior design  was so updated and yet cozy  and made it a truly comfortable get away!    We enjoyed dining on the patio at night .  Candles and the view was so romantic!  ♥️

Beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Beach bar and pool were awesome. The umbrella and chair service was great.

Surfside 1205 had a surprisingly well stocked kitchen with any appliances  you needed was available.  Bedding and seating areas were very comfortable. Forget some beach toys, even those are available. Owner real easy to work with answering any necessary questions.  Convenience to ocean, provided beach chairs, and on-site resteraunt a plus.

Really was a comfortable condo. Enjoyed the convenience of the bench by the front door along with the tall cabinet right there too.  Thanks for the attention to small details.

Can’t speak highly enough about Deverra Destin-y. Mandy is absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. The room is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. Very spacious and a great balcony to relax on! The room comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. There are also beach toys and things for the kids already in the room. Minutes away from any shopping or restaurants. We literally can’t express how much fun we had! It was also such a blessing that the resort is very strict on not having tents blocking views bc so many parts of the beaches were clearly overcrowded and ours was just perfect. They also do a fun bonfire weeknights and the kids loved that! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

It is always a stress as you pull up to a condo you have booked online...this condo was everything it said it would be! Awesome layout for a family of 4. Stocked with everything we needed. Beach service is included and is provided by the friendliest crew! There were extra chairs in the condo for our 2 kids.
Walking distance to some great restaurants and a cute little souvenir store right next door.
Easy check in and check out and when we had an a question the owners responded quickly!

This time was just my husband & I, looking forward to bringing our kids next time! Can't say enough!

First time in the Destin area and I must say being fromNC, this beach has definitely spoiled me! From the condo I stayed in all the way to the beautiful Emerald Coast. The condo was exactly as expected, clean, roomy and conveniently located. I really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunset beaming. I will definitely be back.
 

This property was perfect. Beautiful condo with perfect views, roomy, Clean, and well stocked. Pool hot tub area were fantastic. The on-site restraunt was fantastic. Great beach access. Secure area. Beach bar with great atmosphere. Bonfire on the beach every Friday and Monday. I could go on and on.
This is a must rent condo if visiting this area

The condo was immaculate, the kitchen well-stocked, but best of all was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee every morning looking out over the water.

There was a minor issue with a banging/clicking noise around the dryer. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

The views are amazing. The condo was so clean and spacious. Great location with so many shops and places to eat. We will definitely be booking with Jeff and Lana again next year. Thanks guys!

Great location. The beds were very comfortable. Restaurant on location was good. The pool was a little cold but we figured it was due to the rain. Overall our group had an excellent vacation.

We had a blast and this location is just what we needed! Having experienced renting at other very disappointing properties Lana's place upheld all expectations! I couldn't think of anything that needed to change. The convenience of having the pool right next to the skywalk over to the beach was awesome and so great corralling our kids and not worrying about traffic. The room is also close to the elevator so you don't have to drag all your beach stuff for very long. Tv's are all set up and easy to access, having a washer and dryer in the condo was imperative for our stay! If you have small kids and are driving maybe bring some sturdy dowels to keep the 3 sliding doors closed for peace of mind, we barricaded the doors each night just so our kids didn't get any ideas about going out on the patio if they woke before us. We will definitely look into this place again if we come back to Miramar again! The beaches were SO clean and the water crystal clear!

We would definitely recommend staying here again. The views were spectacular, the beds were very comfortable and the use of the chairs and umbrella were a definite plus. The location was perfect and we even saw a large group of manatees swimming along the shoreline! Lana was excellent to communicate with and helped alleviate my fears about coming with an impending Tropical Storm. I highly recommend this property.

The view is absolutely incredible! You can see the ocean for miles which is pretty shades of blue! The condo was roomy enough for 7 and the master sweet was huge! The kitchen was truly stocked! I forgot my crockpot at home and thought I was going to have to buy another one. Nope! There was one in the cabinet! The sports deck was used everyday for some pickle ball fun. There is easy access to the beach with a tiki bar! We also had two prepaid seats with an umbrella on the beach every single day! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We had a great time as a family! ❤️

Our family had a wonderful stay at Surfside. Condo was clean and we loved the layout. The owners were great to work with. Good communication. Awesome restaurants close by without having to venture out onto Hwy98. Highly recommend this Complex and this condo (1205)

Everything they advertise is true, great views, great beach, and great location. The condo comes with two beach chairs which save you $$ each day. We ate at the many restaurants that were directly down to the right of the beach and they were excellent. A great location and perfect vacation spot. Went to Destin to fish and caught our limit! Great Fun!

This condo is PERFECT for a great vacation in Miramar Beach! We were a little nervous since this was our first family vacation with a 3 and 4 year old. Very kid friendly! If we come back to this area we will definitely be staying here again. The owners were very accommodating and the unit has just about everything you would need for a week long stay. One last thing, the king size bed is amazing!
