Surfside Resort Unit 1011, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Beautiful and clean condo! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there from linens to cooking supplies. We were even provided with awesome beach chairs since it is out of season for beach rental service! The property manager made sure we were happy with everything.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We want to come back and stay again!! The view is spectacular! Great price for so much room and the view from the balcony!

This is probably the best location on the beach. Great views, walkway from pool deck over the road to beach bar, umbrella service… It seemed like check in/out was staggered during the week between friday, saturday, and sunday so not everyone was arriving/departing at the same time. The unit is super comfortable with a nice layout that spread out the teens from the adults. Overall great trip and great property.

First time we stayed in Surfside week 7/24-7/31 and everything went very well thanks to Julie Youmans From beginning to end . We had wonderful time and enjoyed every second of our vacation. She is the best person to work with. We had been going to Fl every summer since 2013 but we never had Host like her . I was paranoid in the beginning about booking being canceled to other people who had booked with other Hosts and maybe gave her hard time during the booking but she answered to every question I had . She was there for us when ever we needed her. We had big group of 10 people so half of group had flight to early and they got there before noon. So Julie did us favor and they cleaned our unit first so she let them in around noon. Before we never had chance to get in unit before check in time . She messaged us during our stay if we need anything is everything ok . I would recommend Julie Youmans to everyone. In the future I love to come back I will always book with her. Thank you Julie Youmans you are the best ??. Surfside unit 1011 is great place to stay have everything you need to enjoy your stay . You can feel like you are in your own home. Have lot of space , lots of beds . It’s was very clean. Have long balcony you can come to balcony from every room . Lots of seating space . Great view day or night enjoyed our morning coffee on balcony. They provided lots of bath towels in every bathroom. Bed are comfortable and very clean. Kitchen have everything you need to prepare from coffee to dinner for big group. Elevators works good during our stay. Employees at Surfside place were all friendly people . A nice, clean condo with comfortable beds!! Check-in and out was easy. Would recommend this beautiful condo!! Enjoyed our stay 😊

This spot was very convenient with so many activities on site. Was a great getaway with my family and I’m for sure I’ll be booking with this resort in the future!
