The living room features a 40” HDTV and DVD player, along with access to your private beachfront balcony. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals, and a convenient washer/dryer is also provided within the unit.

The master suite is a true sanctuary, offering abundant natural light, warm colors, a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, and private access to the balcony with stunning gulf views. A large picture window enhances the room, complemented by a 39" flat-screen TV. The spacious master bathroom is elegantly updated and includes double sinks for added convenience. The guest room features a queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress and a 32” flat-screen TV, with easy access to the guest bathroom from both the guest room and the main living area. Additionally, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, accommodating two more guests.

The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is ideally located just 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area. This resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages while providing a tranquil, secluded retreat just minutes from activities, shopping, dining, and more. The Beach Manor building is beachfront, allowing you to step onto the soft, white sandy beaches in just a few moments.
