You can tee off at a number of championship golf courses nearby, shop and dine at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west), and find a peaceful escape into nature at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east. Get your daily shopping fix at Grand Boulevard (less than one and a half miles). Downtown Miramar Beach is two and a half miles west where endless dining options, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and convenience stores await.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
