An assortment of excellent golf courses await in the surrounding area, and the nature trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park are immediately east. If you're looking to shop, take your pick of Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (seven miles west).

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 9.
