The check-in process was effortless, the property was clean with a great design and a great layout. We really loved the extra large patio facing the gulf. We also really liked how Myrna had labeled all the cabinets so items were easy to find. The beds, bedding and pillows were also very good quality and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! The place was immacualte and every detail had been thought of in advance. This is our home for future vacations! The acces ot hte beach was perfect and the patio was almpost as big as the home! Amazing opportiunities ot eat dinner on the balcony and see and smell the ocean! The owners were so great and proactive and theyt called ot tell us to check in early if we wished! No body does that. We will be back and bring more of the family with us and use them for all of our accomadations for Florida beaches!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the very beginning. The condo was spotless and had everything that you could possibly need along with many extras. I loved how beautifully it was decorated and how they labled everything in such a cute way. The beds were so comfortable, the view was beautiful and the shower was amazing. It was honestly the best condo I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Myrna was amazing to work with as well. She communicated with us all the way through and allowed us to check in early. Great location, so close to the beach, private beach. The condo was meticulously clean and neat and has everything you might need or think of. The balcony view is amazing. We loved the grilling location. We loved the umbrella , beach chairs and toys which saved us the rental one. Myrna is so helpful and very responsive. The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. It's conveniently located near top-rated shopping and dining options in the area like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. The resort is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront only a few quick steps from the powdery white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany individuals under 25 years of age on the premises. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We require one parent for every two individuals under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
