Very nice place and accommodations! Great location. Owner is very friendly and responds quickly for any questions. Newly updated tile, carpet, painted walls, new modern appliances throughout with fully furnished kitchen with small appliances cookware and table settings. Will be staying again.

Great location and clean unit. Great communication: We had a couple questions at check in and the owner was quick to respond.

We absolutely loved this condo and was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in the perfect location with less than a minute walk to the beach! Very clean, comfortable beds. The complex is quiet. The pool was quiet and very nice. This condo has everything you need! Brian was easy to communicate with and got back to me any time I needed him (which wasn’t much since the condo was so great). Thank you for sharing your place!

This is a perfect condo for two retired couples! Very comfortable two bed two bath with a perfect location. We loved the public beach across the beach road and happy hour at Pompano Joes. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.

We had such a wonderful time at your condo. We loved your place from the time we entered. The beds were comfy and had everything we needed for our vacation. Having Pompano Joe's and the beach just steps away was awesome. All the restaurants up and down Scenic Gulf Drive were fun and amazing as well. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful experience.

We just love the condo. My family has enjoyed staying each time. The location is amazing. The condo is clean and plenty of room and beds for relaxing. The owners are super helpful and friendly. We will continue staying here as a first choice.

Karey and Brian, thank you so much for a lovely stay in your condo. Walking through the door, we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Clean, great decor and amenities. So convenient to the beach and good food. We had many lovely walks along the bike/walking path and the beautiful beach. Loved our laid back stay. Definitely will be back!

Came for two weeks and upon arriving immediately noticed how clean and tastefully decorated in a comfy beach theme the unit was. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we made several meals during our visit. We also took advantage of Pompano Joes being right across the street when we didn’t feel like cooking. We especially enjoyed the fish tacos on their lunch menu, reasonably priced and delicious. We got in plenty of exercise as well, taking a daily walk on the five-mile bike/walking trail that runs directly in front of the complex. Fun and relaxing trip and we can’t wait to go back!

Such a nice condo - great location: just a few steps and you are already on the beach and restaurant! :) We love it!:)

We had so much fun on our vaction. The condo was amazing!

We fell in love with the quiet and friendly atmotsphere at Tradewinds during our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

This location was so great for our family of four. One kid loves the beach while the other prefers the pool. The condo being so close to the beach made going back and forth between the beach and pool so convenient! We've stayed in the Destin area many times and this place is our new favorite!

The condo is great. Hard to ask for much more so close to the beach. If you are asking me for my favorite part it has to be the location.......so close to Pompano Joe's! Delicous sea food and some of the best drinks around are right across the street. We don't like waiting around for an hour for our table for dinner, but this stay we checked in and came back and relaxed at our condo until we got a text for our table to be ready. A one minute walk across the street and we were being seated. By far the most comfortable waiting to be seated I've had on vacation!
