Our family of 5 had an absolutely amazing time at Tradewinds 5! The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better! The area had such a cool vibe. There was so much to do that was within walking distance. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night! The beach was just a super short walk, literally across the street, and was the perfect spot to relax/have fun. The patio had a great view of the pool area which was only steps away. We cooked/grilled a couple of nights during our stay, the kitchen was well-stocked. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We've only been home for a day, and we're already planning our next stay!

My family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers, stayed at Tradewinds 5 for a long weekend before we all start back to school. It was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room for everyone. The mattresses were very comfortable and everything was new. Easy, quick access to the beach is always our top priority and it did not disappoint. Literally, walk out of the patio door and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes. A short walk can get you to coffee, pizza, shops, etc.

We always stay at Tradewinds when coming to Miramar Beach but this was my first time staying in Unit 5. We LOVED it! The patio opens up right to the pool, and the walk to the beach is less than a minute. We would recommend this condo to others without hesistation!

MASTER BEDROOM: Large bedroom with king bed, 43 inch SMART TV, dresser, nightstand, two lamps, and PRIVATE BATHROOM with tub/shower combo.
BEDROOM #2: Two full beds, night stand with lamp, dresser, 43 inch SMART TV, and PRIVATE BATHROOM with stand up shower!
LIVING ROOM: Brand new sectional sofa with queen sleeper, and 43 inch SMART TV!
Guests must have own streaming account for SMART TV operation (You tube, Netfilx, Disney, etc.)
KITCHEN- Fully Furnished: Granite tops, all new stainless steel/full size appliances, counter-top small appliances (Keurig coffee pot, toaster), silverware, knives/cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets. Everything you need to cook meals in and save money on your trip!
LAUNDRY: Brand new full size washer & dryer in the unit!
INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation does not mean you have to be off the grid!
PATIO: The patio is just steps from the pool. It is a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family/friends, or enjoy reading a good book

***We do not supply food, personal items, charcoal, or beach towels. However, to get you started we do supply two garbage bags, two rolls of toilet paper, two laundry tabs, and two dishwasher tabs. Please remember to bring or expect to purchase additional items for your stay. Also in the unit you will find two beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use. We ask that you treat them kindly and return them to the stoarage bin on departure.
