We had a blast last week and loved our stay at the Tradewinds 12A Condo! The condo is in a super convenient location so we were able to walk to Badass Coffee each morning and enjoy our coffee on our balcony with a view of the ocean. The wide sidewalks make it super easy to walk, run or bike around the area. The kids loved having the option of swimming in the pool and then making a quick and easy walk over to the beach, and the adults enjoyed afternoon beverages at the tiki bar of Pompano Joe’s (which is right across the street). The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay again! :)

Our family really enjoyed our week at the beach and this condo was perfect for us and our daughter with 2 littles... plenty of room for everyone!! The views from both front and back decks were amazing and access to the beach couldn't have been easier! It was nice to be able to park right at the front door and the complex was clean and quiet. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure!! Thanks Brian and Michelle!

This condo has all you want for a single family and more. Over the Christmas holidays my four person family plus my mother stayed here. Two bedrooms are big, two bathrooms off those bedrooms add privacy for couples or separate family units. The laundry is in one of the bathrooms and so thought that was great and out of the way. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to cook, we didn’t go out to eat bc of covid most of the week. The living room has a pullout that my son slept on with no complaints. I also loved the TVs which are YouTube tv live which was great! The porch in the back was great for afternoon chill time. I even did yoga on the porch early one morning. Beautiful views of the ocean. The sweetest thing is when you walk out the door to go to the beach there is a gate that walks you right out to road to walk across. You can’t get easier access than this! I loved this place. It’s even decorated nicely which is always an added bonus!

We absolutely loved our stay in Tradewinds 12A. It was the cutest condo with everything you would need for a perfect getaway. The view was amazing from either balcony! We loved the easy access to the beach that was literally right across the street. This had to be one of our most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever. It may have been our first trip to Miramar Beach, but we will definitely be back... and this will always be our first choice for a place to stay.

This is such a great place to stay. The beach decor was beautiful and the condo was well stocked to meet every families needs from the kitchen to the beach necessities. Jill was a perfect host checking on our family and the process to rent the condo was so easy and stress free. We loved the easy access to the beach and the beautiful views from both balconies. All the amenities were perfect! We spent time walking on the beach, walking to shops, ordering food from Pompano Joes (right across the street and just relaxing as a family during this unprecedented time. We stayed here in July 2020. Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Right acrossed the street from Pompano Joe's. Very nice accommodations, reasonably priced, and just all around great place to stay. Highly recommend. We will stay here again for sure. Brian and Michelle are great owners. Thank you again. We spent a week in 12A, it’s an amazing two bedroom paradise, it’s exactly like it is in the pictures, beautiful and beach decor throughout the whole place! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need, plenty of bedding no need to bring anything. Jill was the perfect host, she was always prompt with answering our questions and the process in renting the condo very stress free! We were kind of not knowing what to expect because of all the years of going to the beach, we have always rented high rise condos with elevators , gyms tiki bars etc, usually by mid week I was ready to go home, but with our stay in 12A I didn’t want to leave, everything was right there, easy beach access, Pompano Joes right across the street, even though there are 32 units, we felt as though we had our our private pool, peaceful and relaxing! My favorite spot was the back deck where we could sit and enjoy the beach view with our family and a good drink or a cup of coffee in the mornings! If you are a people watcher like me , you have the bike path that’s directly in front of you to watch people go by! You have shops in walking distance and plenty of things to do! The best thing was never having to find a parking spot like we did in the past. We had a wonderful week and we will definitely be back! Thanks to the Trambley’s for sharing your home!

The place looks just like the pics and is in a great location right across from the beach. 2 balconies give you gorgeous views of both sunrises and sunsets over the gulf. Everything was extremely clean with well-organized supplies. Look forward to visiting again!

Loved the family friendly atmosphere of the complex. Rates were very reasonable compared to some places we looked. Very nice to be able to park right by the door and not have to look for a parking spot. Loved having the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Our kids enjoyed the green space where they could play and it was nice not having them under foot while I was cooking dinner in the evenings. Condo is spacious and roomy, even for 6 people. We had everything we needed. Definitely recommend families give this place a look!

We came to Tradewinds for Christmas and it was fabulous!! Tradewinds 12A is well appointed with everything you need for making your stay easy. The location can't be beat! You are just a few steps, literally, to the beach. It was great having Pompano Joe's right across the street for when we didn't want to go out to dinner. I loved sitting on both balconies and taking in the sun! We will definitely be back to Tradewinds 12A!

Tradewinds is a small, family friendly complex! With only 32 total units, guests return year after year for the quaint, relaxing vacation Tradewinds has to offer. Never spend another minute of your vacation searching for parking or waiting for elevators. Park right outside of your door! Tradewinds 12A is on the 2nd floor.
About the space...
MASTER BEDROOM: Large bedroom with king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV equipped with Roku for streaming, youtube TV, dresser, two nightstands, two lamps, and PRIVATE BATHROOM with tub/shower combo.
BEDROOM #2: Queen bed, night stand with lamp, dresser, 32 inch flat screen TV equipped with ROKU for streaming and youtube TV, and PRIVATE BATHROOM with stand up shower!
LIVING ROOM: Sofa with queen sleeper and loveseat, 55 inch flat screen TV equipped with ROKU for streaming and youtube TV! (Must have own streaming account for Hulu, Netflix,) etc.
KITCHEN- Fully Furnished: Granite tops, all new stainless steel/full size appliances, counter-top small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, blender), silverware, knives/cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets. Everything you need to cook meals in and save money on your trip!
LAUNDRY: Full size washer & dryer in the unit!
INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation does not mean you have to be off the grid!
BALCONIES: Spectacular GULF VIEWS from both east and west balconies. The east balcony seats two, while the west balcony seats 4 with a table. It is a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family/friends or enjoy reading a good book, all the while taking in the most beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer!
SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS: Inquire with owner for a special rate.
***We do not supply food, personal items, charcoal, or beach towels. However, to get you started we do supply two garbage bags, two rolls of toilet paper, two laundry tabs, and two dishwasher tabs. Please remember to bring or expect to purchase additional items for your stay. Also in the unit you will find two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for guest use. We ask that you treat them kindly and return them to the closet on departure.

Tradewinds is a VERY family-friendly complex with on-site management. Failure to abide by house rules will result in being asked to leave Tradewinds property immediately without refund.
Cancelation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date. You must contact the owner to request cancelation.
AREA ATTRACTIONS: Destin Harborwalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, Gulfarium, Fudpuckers, Big Kahuna's Water Park, Dolphin Cruises, Fishing, Jet ski rentals, Helicopter Rides, Fishing Pier, Parasailing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and more. Miramar Beach is strategically located between Fort Walton Beach and Santa Rosa Beach, right on the edge of Destin.
During peak season and October, we offer Friday to Friday check-ins to avoid the Saturday traffic! Outside of peak season and October, check in is any day of the week!
