Great place to stay! We've stayed many times. Do have stairs to get to the 3rd floor but so worth the gorgeous view of the water & pool! Very clean and has everything you need! Be back soln????

We really liked this condo! Breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day while overlooking the Gulf was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed if we chose to cook inside. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. We liked to be able to just walk across the street for a relaxing time on the beach or go for a walk along Gulf View Drive for a bike ride or a walk. We definitely would recommend this place!

We stayed here for a long weekend and we were so sad to leave! It was a great trip. The condo is so conveniently located right across the street from the beach and Pompano Joe’s. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed eating dinner out there one night. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Also very clean. We did not use the kitchen to cook but it looked well stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely recommend this place to others and we are already talking about coming back!

Tradewinds #31 is beautifully updated with new appliances and fully stocked with everything you need. The 3rd floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean that is right across the street. The balcony has new comfortable adirondack bar height chairs and table. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment! We had a relaxing week and Cindy was marvelous to work with!! Highly recommend!!

The accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner even provided a towels, wagon and a cooler to take to the beach that’s right across the street! Cindy was easy to work with through the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

This has been a wonderful week staying in your condo. It is the perfect place right across from the water, near lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo is well stocked with dishes and pans. The fridge, dishwasher and stove look new. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this unit.

COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!
Just across the road from the beach as well as Pompano Joe's Restaurant, Tradewinds Condominium #31 offers gorgeous gulf views from within this breezy condo.
Tradewinds Condominium #31 provides a kitchen and comfortable living room area. You can catch amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying the flat screen T.V. or sit out on the private balcony enjoying a glass of wine while watching the palm trees sway and the turquoise waves come crashing in.
The master bedroom features two queen beds with access to the balcony. Right off the master bedroom is the full-size standard bathroom.
The beach is a short walk across the street with plenty of space for public use. Pompano Joe's is accessible for cool drinks on hot days. For additional rest and relaxation, enjoy the sun by the community pool.
Tradewinds #31 is situated along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin perfect for long walks with amazing views of the emerald green waters.
Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
