This updated pet-friendly vacation rental home has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation! The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, and the the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle. The full bathroom has just recently been renovated as well. The living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa. French doors lead to a private patio, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and delight in the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf, which is only a short stroll away. This vacation rental home can easily accommodate up to 9 guests!
Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea both have the same layout, contain a washer and dryer in each home, and share a private pool between the two homes. This is the perfect situation for a two family vacation or a beach getaway with a group of friends.
Beach access: Just across the street and a few minute walk from the rental, is a newly build beach access for your use! This beach access includes parking for vehicles, including golf cart parking and bike parking, with a large deck plaza leading down to the white sandy beach, an ADA accessible boardwalk/dune walkover, restroom facilities, and a picnic pavilion with dune walkover.
