This air-conditioned retreat offers a pristine open floor plan with a welcoming living room with a huge sectional and TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also includes the convenient use of WiFi and a private washer/dryer. And don't forget the tram - it stops at the Health Club and the beach, making it easy to get around.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
