Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, as well as a warm feeling of welcome throughout the home. Gather on the comfy furniture to host a movie night on the large TV, or just get together and tell stories. Step out onto the private balcony to look out over the lush greenery of the trees as you watch a beautiful sunset. Prepare tasty meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
