BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.
