The deck features pub-height patio furniture to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The living room features a new sectional sofa sleeper, an armchair, a coffee table, and a 55-inch wall-mounted TV over a matching armoire. The kitchen is brightly lit with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped if you are interested in cooking your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a laundry room with an HD washer and dryer. In the dining area is a table for six diners and four bar stools for more casual dining or snacking at the kitchen countertop. Each bedroom is decorated with nice furniture and matching decor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a reading chair, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted TV. The primary bathroom is newly remodeled with a large walk-in fully tiled shower, special vanity with double sinks, and a well-lit separate make-up room. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space.
