Treat your loved one to an afternoon of shopping, dining, and live entertainment at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), and catch an evening movie at Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 3.
