The property is just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and a few minutes' drive from a number of excellent local golf courses as well.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 3.
