On the main floor, you can gather in front of the living room fireplace to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or head out to the private patio equipped with a deluxe gas grill, deck furniture, and a mounted smart TV. The upstairs lounge sets the stage for happy hour entertainment with features including plush sofas, a smart TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The gleaming open-concept kitchen is primed for gourmet meal inspiration with highlights including a six-burner gas range/oven.

Tops'l amenities include a pool, a hot tub, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, a BBQ area, and on-site beach access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
