This home includes two distinct and very comfortable indoor living areas, including one at the rear of the house with an electric fireplace, cable-equipped TV, and access to the lanai and your sparkling, private pool and grilling area. As for sleeping options, this home offers four cozy rooms, two of which include en suite bathrooms. A sofa bed adds another option.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is available seasonally from Oct. 1st through May 1st.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
